I highly recommend Rocket Plumbing! My water heater died on Sunday morning. I provided pictures and details of my existing water heater via text messages and was given an estimate. Other plumbers stated they needed to come see the project before providing an estimate and were going to charge a fee to come out. Robert from Rocket Plumbing came out within 24 hours and replaced my water heater. He was on time, professional, straight forward, and finished quickly. No hidden fees or trying to up-sale and his price significantly beat 4-5 other plumbers who stated it would be a minimum of $2,400.

Robert from Rocket Plumbing knocked out a ton of work on our home for us in a week! He's extremely professional, shows up functionally, and keeps in constant contact as he works through the project. Ended up hiring him for an extra job and I have another couple I'm about to throw his way. He fixed a huge tile shower issue for us as well as a drainage issue on our flat roof deck that was a nightmare for me every time it rained.

In the past 10 years, I had Rod and Junior put in a salt-less water softener. They did a good job of running the water supply line from the front of the house to the side where the water softener was going to be put, and then, of course, they ran another line back to the front of the house to supply the house. After the softener was set-up Junior built a small cabinet to cover the softener. All has worked as it should, and have gotten about 5 or 6 complements on the covering cabinet by other trades folks who have been here for one thing or another. Now, I am going to have Rod install an oversized ""Thermal Expansion Tank"" for me, to correct a many years old problem, since we had the plumbing put in the attic because, of a burst pipe under a slab floor, that work was done long before I became aware of Rod and Son. This should take care of it.

Over the last 25 years, Rocket Rod has helped me with so many plumbing issues I can't count. From small little issues like toilets and sinks leaking, installing shower valves and new faucets, to major issues like broken pipes that are gushing water, Rod is always there for me. When I call Rod, he picks up even if he is in the middle of a job. Over the last several years, Rodney Jr., comes out and takes care of some of my problems. He is just as nice as his dad. The Zamora family is top notch and long term residents of Monrovia. Rod Sr. graduated from Monrovia High and I have been working with Rocket Plumbing so long I consider Rod Sr. and Rodney Jr. friends. It's nice to support a small local business that cares! Oh, and his prices are so fair and reasonable that I don't even ask him what things cost anymore, and I'm always pleasantly surprised when I ask him what I owe. Thanks Rod!!!

After finding a big leak under the house, I was not looking forward to choosing a plumber. I knew I would be at their mercy to: tell me the truth about the work that was needed and to charge me honestly.

The first plumber I called came out and gave me a quote of $2,000-$4,000, which only covered restoration (clean-up) of the ground. It didn't cover the fixing of the leak!

Thank goodness I was referred to Rocket Plumbing! Rod came out the day after being called and found the problem and gave me a quote, all at no charge. (Many other plumbers charge $ just to come and look at the problem.) The very next morning, Rod's son, Rod Jr., showed up on time, restored the dirt, and removed and replaced 8 feet of rotted pipe, keeping to their quote of $1,600. They are friendly and trustworthy. I won't hesitant to call Rocket Plumbing the next time I need a plumber.

I highly recommend Rocket Plumbing of Monrovia. i had a broken pipe under the house and Rod came from another job to check it out. He shut off the water to the house for me. He wasn't able to get back that afternoon to fix it and called to let me know. He even offered to bring me bottled water. He arrived on time the next morning and took care of the problem. I really appreciated his quick and efficient service.
