Had a broken pipe in bathroom sink. I called on Monday and Sam came out on Wednesday. Diagnosed problem quickly and said there were two possible fixes, a less expensive and a more expensive one. I had another company out on Monday, and they only mentioned the more expensive fix, which was 276% the price of Sam's low quote and 193% the price of his high quote. Sam completed the job quickly and effectively and I am happy. I recommend!

Would like to say this was a good experience but it wasn't. I read several reviews of Rocket Plumbing on YELP and decided to hire them to flush my water heater. I spoke to someone on Saturday and he told me that they were available on Monday between 2 and 4. I texted my home address to him. I took time off work to be here for the appointment. It is now 4:40 pm on Monday afternoon. No one from Rocket has shown up or called me. I called their office and Chris answered the phone. I told him I didn't want to see them and if they showed up I would not answer the door. No stars is appropriate but YELP won't allow that.

Its easy to give a 5-star review right after an appointment, but the real test is if the work lasts. In my case it didnt last, and within a couple weeks my drains were clogged again. I can't know for sure if the work they did could have prevented the 2nd clog, all I know is 1) I paid them to do a job that lasted only a couple weeks before having to pay someone again, and 2) when I told them about it they didn't make any effort to rectify it (I would have expected, for example, at least an offer of a dicsount for them to come back out and fix it again).

Rocket Plumbing (Sam - the technician) is a terrific plumbing service. Got back to me after my initial call; talked with Sam - set the appt and discussed an estimated price.

Sam showed up on time, was professional and knowledgeable. We talked as he was doing the work, and let me know exactly needed to be done and took care of the work. Price was right on target.

I'm very happy with his work and how he handled himself. Rocket Plumbing is now our ""go to"" plumbing company.

These guys were amazing! They fixed our wiring that got crossed in our kitchen and now we can finally use our dishwasher without the disposal turning on, ha!

I called Sunday night about our bath handle in a guest room that we discovered was stripped. I went to Lowe's and bought a replacement that night and got a call from them Monday morning at 9am asking about the job and when they could come over. He also quoted a general price and length of time to do the job.

Happily he was able to complete the installation quicker than he thought and offered a lower price accordingly without being asked.

This is the 2nd job they've done for us - I've found them to be responsive, flexible, and fair. I'm happy to pay for all three of those. Keep up the good work!

This is the second time I have used Rocket Plumbing! I called them the first time for a bathroom tub faucet that would not completely turn off. I was so impressed with ""Sam"" and what a great job he did and how professional he was I called him back for my clogged shower drain. Sam responded within an hour and took care of the clogged drain within 15 minutes. He even took the time to find, download and apply an on-line discount coupon. Thank you very much Sam!!

There was some confusion about what time he was due here, which lost a star - but I'll definitely use them again. Great service!
