I own a six unit older 50-year-old building.. been having a lot of trouble lately with backups.. I usually do it myself but it just got to the point where I knew I needed to bring somebody in.. I had met Chris down the street one day got his card had him come over he did what I would have done but the difference is I would have thought it was fixed.. well yeah it was definitely draining well because the pipes are broken they were so old.. thank God he was there because could you imagine how long feces and all that good stuff would have been going underneath my building before we realized it.. oh my God he saved me! Very knowledgeable /lifetime of experience! Actually I did some scouting and there's a lot of stuff that I need to do so I'm definitely going to be calling them into give me a bid because I am 100% satisfied and happy! Not only that it's Labor Day weekend and not that should matter but I'm a union worker and I just appreciate it! Chris thank you so much I look forward to working with you in the future. I'll post some before and after pictures.

We just bought a condo that was move-in ready, but naturally, we had it inspected and found a few minor plumbing issues we decided to fix before we moved in. Make that a lengthy punch list of minor, fiddly things...
Even though he was in high demand, Chris worked with us, got everything on our list fixed, and in several cases, made excellent suggestions for ways to improve the plumbing to make it better than new! He gave us accurate estimates and came up with a reasonable schedule we were both happy with and finished on time! Very, very pleased!

After booking an appointment a day out for a clogged kitchen sink. The technician did not show up for the 1-3pm window. I reached out twice to see what was happening, with no word back. Had to book another plumber last minute, who showed up within a few hours. I am only giving 2 stars because I can't give 1.5. Also the tech was apologetic when he finally got back at 6pm, giving a story about being busy, etc... Bottom line, regardless of what's happening, a quick text or call to update would have saved a customer and bad review. Lesson learned I hope.

I've gone to Chris at Rocket Plumbing for plumbing issues for a number of years, and we called them again this week when our dishwasher drain was backing up. Chris replaced our kinked drain hose and got us back up and running in no time.

Rocket Plumbing is fairly priced, but more importantly they are knowledgeable, trustworthy, respectful of your time, efficient, and hard-working. Not sure what more you could want when the plumbing breaks or you need some fixtures installed. Highly recommended without any hesitation!

Chris was the first to call back on my requests for quotes. He showed up the same day to inspect a non-operational sump pump in my backyard. It was six years old, so I figured it needed replacing and told him so, but he did his due diligence, sucked out all of the murky water from the well, checked valves and floats, found the wiring and inspected the power source, etc., to make sure he couldn't salvage the pump. In the end, the pump did need to be replaced, but he had a new one in his van and was able to remove the old pump, fish the wiring through the well and solvent weld the new pump, and have everything ready to go all in the same day. All for a price that was on par with the national average for a job like this.

I also bugged him with random unrelated questions on other plumbing jobs around the house, and he gamely gave me very well-informed answers and practical solutions without trying to sell me anything else.

This review is for a service call on 5/28. I had a pretty severe leak in my kitchen sink due to complete corrosion of the pipes. Rocket plumbing was able to come the very next morning. I spoke to Chris on the phone who was very professional and courteous. The plumber who came was Thomas, who was very friendly and professional as well. He took a look, explained the price before starting, and showed me what he planned to do. Fortunately he had the necessary parts on hand so he was able to get straight to work. When he finished he went over the fixes he had made, gave me good advice for maintaining the sink better, gave a detailed receipt, and took photos of the work.

My sink works great now and I'm very satisfied with the work that was done, and the professionalism from both Thomas and Chris. As someone pretty inexperienced with home repairs and such, I really appreciated how thorough they were in explaining the process and the pricing. I searched price estimates for sink repair online and on home advisor and am confident that they gave me a fair price. I will definitely use them next time I have a plumbing emergency and will recommend them to friends.

Thomas also wore a mask and observed social distancing guidelines, which I appreciated
