I have lived in my neighborhood for 10 years, and have finally found a reliable, reasonable, solid plumber in Rocket. Sam did the work, showed up on time, worked efficiently and guided me correctly when I had to get a part on my own. I've had bad experiences with a well known local plumber here who broke something and tried to cover it up. Sam's and Rocket's work is great.

Great, fast service! Needed someone last minute and they came within an hour. The guy who came (I think it was Sam) was so so honest and kind. I had painters and cleaners all over and he was able to get everything done and even gave me a discount cause it was such a quick fix!

Samuel helped me figure out what was wrong with my water heater and then replaced the whole unit the next day. I was worried I would have to endure another cold shower waiting for them but they were very punctual and showed up on the dot! Also he stuck to the quote we agreed on to the cent. Kept his word and was extremely pleasant to interact with...he called me personally to check up on my decision to replace the heater and helped me schedule the best time. Very happy with Rocket Plumbing!!! I called last week to get a quote for a few odd ball jobs I needed done and received a call back after a few hours. Sam came out the following day and gave me an estimate. We scheduled the install and repair jobs that Saturday and he showed up on time and did an amazing job.


In the past it's typically been a head ache dealing with unreliable or sub-par plummers- definitely not the case with Rocket Plumbing. Thanks again!!

Sam from Rocket plumbing came out to unclog my kitchen sink. He was nice and explained everything he was going to do. I had a another problem with a pipe that needed to be replaced. He left to get the parts and came back quickly. I was very pleased with the work he did. He gave me a deal in the price. Super happy.

Rocket Plumbing and their employee Sam dealt with a bathroom leak I had in a corteous and professional way. It was easy to make an appointment at a reasonable time when I was free, and the work was done quickly, in about an hour and a half. The leak has stopped, which is exactly what I would hope for!
