DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL. Asked for a cost estimate for a home I already had an inspection on. They sent out plumber Thomas (who apparently is bias). Thomas spent less than 20 minutes and NEVER supplied the estimate. Then I called the company asking for invoice and estimate - several times! They tried to charge me $125 - which was double the original quote. Now I see why...""""THOMAS"""" is not honest and has biases. This guy literally wrote 3 lines on my invoice and provided NO services! Then I speak to the manager who tried to justify his actions by saying they miscommunicated with Thomas. NOPE! I spoke to admin Samantha 4xs and sent her a detailed 11 page inspection report on the plumbing...there was no miscommunication. Thomas and this company are a fraud! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL!

Found a puddle of water on the main floor after someone used the upstairs shower. Thomas came promptly the next morning and did some trouble shooting. He was able to identify the issue and avoided doing any unnecessary cutting of my drywall or removal of tile. I would recommend Rockdale Plumbing & Drain.

We bought a new oven from Home Depot and when they came out to install it and take away the other one, they smelled gas and said that the valve for the gas line was recalled (this oven is the original in the house, i.e., 34 years old)...the gas smell disappeared after a minute or so (probably just in the line), but we still had to call AGL to come out and make sure we didn't have a leak...we did not...but we needed the gas valve replaced...I told my wife not to call Rockdale Plumbing because of two issues in the past, but somehow, she got connected with them....so, a plumber from Rockdale Plumbing came out, purchased a $12 valve from Cowan Hardware, and charged us $365 to install it...now, this is a simple valve that is merely screwed into the gas pipe...he did give my wife a """"senior citizen discount"""" of $25....the lesson learned from this? Use another plumber no matter how long it takes!

NOT HONEST. Paid for plumber to give me a quote and when I called them to do the job at the (verbally) quoted price they were asking hundreds of dollars more. The job actually was just to replace my shower spigot which I could have done myself (i.e did not actually require particularly skilled labor) but I happened to be out of town and needed it done to avoid too much water loss. This company still demanded I pay hundreds more then the price they quoted me to help me out on a very simple plumbing task. It is my fault for not asking for a printed out quote but stay away from any company that lacks integrity. I would not have given a harsh review if they did the right thing by sticking to their word after I spoke to the office manager and doing the job for the quoted price but they demanded I pay the higher price, very dishonest.

I met Marty at the house, he found the cut off valve in 10min after I paid another plumbing company $250 for a visit to identify the leak (NOTE) and didn't find it or found the cut of valve. I felt like I wasn't getting hustled. He's very knowledgeable and seems to be very honest. I will request him if I decided to do business with them again. Having a leak in the water line is very frustrating and expensive so it very important that you at least fill like the plumber isn't there just to run up a tab. In this case I didn't get that. So I give them a 10 on knowledge/honesty and customer service.
