Rock Solid Home Repair is the only handyman service I trust to do a flawless job. They have done multiple jobs for me including new tile in the kitchen, cabinet hardware, painting and installing of art and TVs. They always do a wonderful job and they are so professional. This is an UPDATE to my review and response to Mr. Ghiloni's comment:
There was no miscommunication whatsoever. Mr. Ghiloni's final answer to me was that he wouldn't take any amount of money to finish the job and he absolutely would not discuss it further. As I stated below - he kept all monies given to him which was the full payment and left a disaster behind. After I posted my review below he contacted me a couple of times to take my review down. I replied that if he finished the job, I'd remove the review. Needless to say, he didn't finish the job, I'm not taking down the review. Fair is fair.


ORIGINAL REVIEW: Enrico J Ghiloni was hired to replace a window with a door. He ordered the door, delivered it, half removed the window, tore up the wall and hung plastic. When it was time to finish the job he said that he was already losing $500 on this job and had too many hours invested in it. He also said that I was rude for asking for accounting of monies and time since none of it adds up. He then announced that he's refusing to finish the job. He didn't mind keeping the money though. I DO NOT recommend him.

Install 36"" range and 36"" vent hood. We had to redo vent hole and move electrical outlet for hood. Had to install vent outside in new location and repair stucco wall. Excellent job!

By far this was the best Handyman we have ever used. Ricardo was the handyman and he was honest, straightforward, kind, he explained everything and asked if that was what we wanted multiple times and he went above and beyond with a thorough dedication to his craft. I'm very impressed and my wife was overwhelmed with the experience. The price was stated clearly up front and it didn't change. Wonderful experience and we will use Rock Solid again! I had a REALLY hard time getting any handy man services to come after my work hours or on weekends. I also had some trying to charge WAY too much money. Rock Solid was awesome for a few reasons. They came after I got off of work and they charged fairly for the job. I had an automatic dog door with a wall kit and it looks and works amazing! They cleaned up so well afterwards it's like they were never there!

These guys are crazy good! It seems no matter what we've thrown at them, they can handle it. We've even had them in to fix things other handymen have done wrong. We just moved in to a 15 year old house and we're finding all kinds of issues. Most are small, but they've come in and taken care of things no matter of how little, including hanging picture and such. They're versatile, prompt and very pleasant. I'd highly recommend them.
