I am very impressed with rock solid as a business. They are very service oriented and care a lot about their clients. They did many jobs for me including putting in a new furnace changing out fixtures in my bathroom and they were always on time and very professional. I really liked each of the employees that I spoke with. We even had then come out on a Sunday because our furnace was not heating and they told us that our nest was the problem. And we would need to get an additional part to make it work correctly. We decided to ditch the nest. Really grateful for their advice. I always refer my friends to them for any plumbing needs. And I love their radio commercials.

The day my parents flew in we discovered water leaking.. called them at 0700 the next morning and they came out at 1100. They were fast, efficient, and found the leak in no time. They repaired it and sent us an email with the receipt and pictures. Extremely professional and friendly guys! I would recommend them over anyone in the Valley!!

Called them out to put our gas fireplace back into place after the earthquake moved it. Took the day off from work for this. The guy shows up then says he'll need to bring another guy out to help him do it. What????? This is why I called you in the first place!!! Also mentioned that the stove pipe makes a loud noise when it heats up, he says that's normal. No, that didn't happen prior to the earthquake. Had someone ELSE move the fireplace, guess what, it doesn't make that sound anymore. $200 FOR NOTHING. Don't bother.
