Referred to by my home warranty 2-10 and the plumber looked under my sink and the drain out pipe and told me he couldn't help me and went back and told the company that I refused to pay the service fee which was completely untrue. The Receptionist Nicole would not listen to what the plumber and I discussed she says because I was upset she hung up on me. I called back to make arrangements to pay of which they do not except, due to him not being able to help me and the problem is going to be quite expensive, she had no empathy for me she says because of me being upset she continued to be rude and very unhelpful, the plumber that she has high regard, told them I refused to pay. Which is not true. I even tried to call to make arrangements to pay. I do not recommend this company, especially if you are African American.

I don't normally have anything good to say about plumbers. They make you wait and they charge too much. Not true here. Ronnie Ray responded to my yelp request within five minutes. His office got me an appointment for an estimate the next day. The estimate was free. So I called in a work order. He and his assistant came on time and fixed everything in half the time and at estimate. I would recommend them at a strong four stars.

This is the second time I have used Rock Solid. They are amazing. Honest, hard working, quick and efficient. Jeff will give you an estimate up front so there are no surprises. I had a bathroom remodel that had some non-code compliant plumbing done, and Jeff showed up on time and had everything within code within an hour, all at a very reasonable price. He cleaned up after himself and was professional. Customer for life.

Great, great service. Pete is awesome. The guy is a master plumber who really knows his stuff. Diagnosis was spot on. Repair was done timely and efficiently. Even shored up some weaknesses after he completed the job. Price was best out there, as well. Can't recommend Pete and Rock Solid enough.
