Casey responded online within minutes of my request, and was at my house within a few hours same day after prior jobs.

He quickly cleared the slow draining tub, and discovered a ball stuck in the toilet we later found out was from my son. In under an hour we were back to clear drains.

Casey responded to me within 10 minutes of reaching out and was ready to come out that day although I didn't need help immediately. He showed up early to our appointment and was very communicative with me about the garbage disposal not being salvageable. He bought a new one for me that day and showed up the next day to get it done for me at a very reasonable price for everything. I really enjoyed working with him and will use him again but hopefully I won't need him anytime soon. I also want to point out that he prioritized his emergency clients first and since I was not in a hurry and my issue wasn't pressing he came with my permission after his emergencies. If I had been in an emergency it was refreshing to know that he'd of put me first.
