We just had Casey Post and his partner from Rock Solid Drains to inspect our downspout drains on the front of our house.

We discovered that the drainpipes were of very low quality. Now 30 years after the house was built, these drains have been crushed by our front yard landscaping. The solution will be expensive. More frequent inspection and maintenance would have avoided this expense.

I cannot speak highly enough about Casey and Rock Solid.

Oh man, so grateful for these guys. They were pretty much all you would hope for in a drain service. Fit me in the same day, technician was clearly interested in getting a sense of the whole picture so he could make sure the problem was really solved. Friendly, professional, solved a problem I thought was going to require some drastic work, all for a very very reasonable cost. And no plumber's crack! :-P 10/10 would recommend.

I highly recommend Rock Solid Drains. They are fantastic. I had a what I thought was sewer pipe blockage. Colton at Rock Solid responded immediately. We discovered with their cameras that my main sewer pipe had disintegrated which was terrifying to me. Colton made a huge effort to help get a crew asap. A Crew under leader Bob did outstanding work which included removing part of my driveway, deck stairs and new pipe installation. They worked above and beyond late into the night to get my sewer up and running. owner/Operator Casey came to check on the work and keep in touch with me throughout the process. My final invoice was the same as the estimate. The cost of the work was very reasonable for a great job done very quickly. It's not fun having your sewer fail and I'm so glad I called Rock Solid for help.

Casey and Colton came out to clear a storm drain that was severely blocked by accumulated decayed leaves and roots, resulting in water accumulation under my house during the last storms.
Casey responded immediately to my request via yelp DM on the weekend no less, and a few days later I have a cleared drain. They showed up when they said they would, had the right tools to do what we couldn't do, and provided great service for a flat fee charge. Will definitely use again should I need this type of service. Love using local folks!

I will never use any other sewer cleaning business!!! My old pipes unfortunately have a healthy root system and Casey and his crew are Amazing! Our home is older and had a cracked drain under the house. casey was great , fair priced ans on top of taking care of things. Casey came out and assessed the problem. it required having a seperate team come in and prep. The team he recommended was romp and professional. West Coast Water and Fire, came out and got it ready. Casey had his guy out immediately after. The worker ""Robert""? got things fixed and was informative during the process. There was a small discrepancy, in the process, but Casey was professional and rectifies. Needless to say , he has another satisfied customer. I highly recommend him and his team.
