This is my 3rd time doing business with Rocky at Rock.Plmb Plumbing. My drains suddenly and without notice overflowed. I reached out to Rocky and while said he had just finished a very big all-day job, he came over within 45 min and took care of everything without a hitch. His fee was very competitive. I really appreciate how he cares for his customers as he could have had me wait until the next day. He explained everything to me in great detail and reassured me that it would all get cleared out. What a pleasure to have Rocky to rely on. I will call him again should I need any other plumbing work. He is top notch and I can highly recommend him.

Called Rocky when one of the neighbours recommended him for installation of acqusana (whole house filter). Very courteous and professional . Explained what needs to be done, the cost of materials and his labor. Cleaned all of it up after he was done . Also got the water pressure regulator installed . Left the garage area cleaner than we had before . Very prompt on timing. Would definitely call him for next job.

Rocky is reliable, knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. He fixed our leaking galvanized sink and replaced it with a top quality Kohler sink which we are very happy with. You can tell he genuinely cares for his customers' needs and makes sure you are getting the best quality work from him. Took off face mask in the middle of work even after I asked to stay masked in room. Keeps talking during unmasked and I need to sanitize the place afterwards. I would not recommend if you have such concerns.

The work is done within half an hour and removed all clog.
