Excellent and Ethical Service!

We called Rocky because we thought the burner of our water heater needed replacement. The Diagnostics indicated ""Replace Burner"". Only the part was still under warranty, but not the labor and our home protection plan refused to cover labor. The plumber who originally came thru our protection plan looked at the heater and also said the burner needs replacement, but gave a very high quote for replacing the burner (labor wasn't covered). He also said there could be a leak somewhere that caused the burner to fail in the first place.

We asked Rocky to help us out. He looked at the unit and immediately said there was nothing wrong with the burner itself. The bottom of the heater needed cleaning to remove the blockage of the air duct, which in turn was causing the burner to not get any air. He quickly resolved the issue and refused to take any money for his service since this was a very simple job for him! Experience and fairness!

I couldn't recommend him more! You can't go wrong with someone like this!

We had a leaking water heater. Rocky responded to my call quickly and stopped by in the evening. Rocky did a quick diagnose and gave two possible leaking causes, suggested us to either do an exchange at store with a handyman's help or use his quote for a new installation for a better brand water heater, though he honestly suggested the former since our water heater still has half of the warranty to go. This is my 3rd time doing business with Rocky at Rock.Plmb Plumbing. My drains suddenly and without notice overflowed. I reached out to Rocky and while said he had just finished a very big all-day job, he came over within 45 min and took care of everything without a hitch. His fee was very competitive. I really appreciate how he cares for his customers as he could have had me wait until the next day. He explained everything to me in great detail and reassured me that it would all get cleared out. What a pleasure to have Rocky to rely on. I will call him again should I need any other plumbing work. He is top notch and I can highly recommend him.

Called Rocky when one of the neighbours recommended him for installation of acqusana (whole house filter). Very courteous and professional . Explained what needs to be done, the cost of materials and his labor. Cleaned all of it up after he was done . Also got the water pressure regulator installed . Left the garage area cleaner than we had before . Very prompt on timing. Would definitely call him for next job.

Rocky saved my day! Our main water pipe was leaking, I called Rocky in the morning and he was here in less than 1 hour.
