We had a water heater replaced by Rocky. It was still under warranty so we expected a refund from AO Smith. There as a mixup due to a bad salesman misleading Rocky and AO Smoth would not honor the new water heater for a refund. This led to some confusion and we thought we would not be able to get our refund. But Rocky managed to get the refund done for us by working with the warranty guys at a later date and came back to refund the money to us. This shows how honest a person he is ! On top of that the installation of the water heater was top notch.

I was looking for a plumber to install a kitchen faucet for me. I was referred to Rocky by one of my neighbors. Out of all the plumbers I called, Rocky had the lowest price. Even if his prices were higher, I would still use him because we liked him that much! He was on time, fast, and did a really good job! I feel incredibly lucky to have found an honest, trustworthy, reliable plumber. We will be using Rocky for all of our future plumbing needs. Just had Rocky come out and repair a faulty toilet seal for us. He was extremely careful to make sure the issue was correctly identified and that we were fixing the right thing. He then proceeded to effect a very thorough repair. This was a very slow leak that had been going on for some time before it became apparent, due to a faulty installation by my contractor in the first place. Rocky was friendly, polite, tidy, and charged a very reasonable price for the job. He is definitely my go to plumber from here out.

A perfect gentleman, honest to the core and knows his craft pretty well. He showed me what to fix and how to fix without charging a penny. I followed his advice and fixed my shower leak for a few dollars silicon from HD where others have said to replace the drain for few hundred dollars work. Very few people of his calibre exist in today's market.

Rocky should be commended for his job knowledge, hard work and honesty. He tackled a near-impossible job in my bathroom with skill and resilience. He could have totally charged me more but he didn't.

Another time he came over for something that turned out to be easily fixable, so he just showed me how to do it myself and didn't charge me anything. What a great guy! Thank you, Rocky. Next time I have plumbing issues, I know who I'll be calling.

This is my second time calling Rocky for help for a plumbing issue in connection with the drainage below our kitchen sink. I had a new dish washer installed recently by a third-party installer, and he informed me that the water outflow from the dishwasher wasn't draining properly down the drain pipe below the sink and should get a plumber to assess what needed to be done. Of course, Rocky came in my mind (who repaired a pilot light/combustion issue with my water heater the first time), and promised that he would swing by and take a look when called. Given that it was a short notice, Rocky swang by as promised and took care of the problem as a courtesy for me! The way he identified the problem and resolved it quickly once again proves his high professionalism and expertise in this biz. Thanks very much again, Rocky! Kudos to you!!
