Roscoe is great and installed a new vanity faucet quickly in my downtown condo. He also installed new angle valves, because the existing valves were no longer shutting off the water. He was easy to work with and arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He is very busy, so if you are trying to reach him during the workday when he has his hands full, try again, or wait for him to get back to you. You won't regret it because he has very competitive prices.

We have ""had it!"" with large plumbing companies, after having been overcharged for a couple of relatively minor problems. We saw on line that Rock-O-Rooter is independently owned and operated and based in Kaimuki, close to our home, so we placed a call. Rock-O-Rooter (a play on the name of the owner, Roscoe) is a number you should definitely keep handy! Roscoe answered the phone himself, as it rings to his cell. He told us his fees for labor and parts, and let us know what the variables might be. He made arrangement to come as soon as he could. He fixed our problem in a hurry, so he actually charged less than his estimate. But, far from just being a fast and competent fix-it guy, Roscoe was off to his next project, a tear-down home remodel on the other side of town. This made me feel confident that if and when we have a larger issue (old house!), Roscoe will still be our go-to plumber. Highly recommended!

The estimate included labour and parts for our simple project (while others gave a vague per-hour pay implying it would take double time it should or required a $50 visit just for a quote) Representative arrived the next day, on time, and finished work swiftly and well. Our tub and toilet in another bathroom backed up this past week. They responded within a couple of hours and did a great job!! Very affordable as compared to other places I called. They have great customer service and they were very honest. I would definitely recommend them!

Our kitchen sink kept backing up and finally we needed to get it cleaned out. I contacted these guys at 6:45 AM and they responded by 9. I did not say it was an emergency but was really happy that they were able to come out by noon. Fast, efficient, friendly and a 3-month warranty. Definitely recommend.

Pleasant plumber with professional demeanor, two toilet problems corrected, a third toilet checked and found OK with no charge, and the price paid was as originally quoted. i think I just found my ""go to"" plumber.
