He answer the phone with
YES ! I asked him is that how you answer the phone , He said yes very really
If that is The way someone who answers the phone this rudely . Then definitely going to give you problems throughout the job.

I needed a pipe capped to stop a leak. Mr. Rocha didn't have any reviews to go by but I wanted to give him a shot because he was the father of a friend's girlfriend. I wasn't home when he came but my wife said he was professional. The price he charged seemed fair and the work he did has held up so far. I would recommend him.
