They said they would give a free estimate, then called an hour after the scheduled appt to tell me that there is a $65 charge to get a quote for services. I wouldn't be disappointed if they told me about that up front. It was misleading. And the scheduling was a week after the confirmed appt.

Extraordinary service and very reasonably priced!! Our toilet was leaking into out basement. Rocc made us a priority and got to us right away. James was very professional and clean. Giving us options and explaining the work every step of the way. Rocc came in $600 less than another plumber here on Yelp who gave me a quote. Amazing!!!! Very professional, prompt and excellent. We will be calling on them again for all our repair needs!!!

The need was for diagnostic on my toilet issue. The response through a yelp took me to Rocc Services. The response was within the hour and the office staff worked with me over the phone quickly. James, their master plumber, came out on time and called before arriving. So courteous and informative! I definitely recommend this company!

Definitely overpriced. They came out for an estimate and then because it deals with insurance, they said they'd write it up and email me. Been 2 weeks and still waiting on that overpriced email.
