I needed a water heater replaced and it permitted by the city, which the city of BBL told me was required. I called Rob and he gave me a very competitive price, after calling a few local plumbers. He's super friendly, great communication and does great work! His customer service exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend his plumbing services. 5 Stars!

We like Rob. We have hired him to repair plumbing at our home a couple of times. He is prompt, he is cheerful, he is also smart and honest. He gets the job done and has a charming southern charm and polite manner about him. My favorite thing about Rob is his jokes. The jungle safari hat is new to me, but I like that too, he pulls it off.

Quoted $125/hr with a 1 hour minimum stating ""it wouldn't take the whole hour."" Came out and figured he needed to snake the mainline but didn't have his large snake, So because he showed up unprepared he charged us for the time it took him to go home and get his necessary snake.. I thought plumbers should come prepared. Once he got back with the snake it only took him 35 mins. Charged $400?!

Definitely won't be using him again! He was rude, and I wouldn't recommend his services to anyone.

I called three plumbers and Rob was the first to call me back. Not only did he promptly call back but he showed up just 15 minutes later! Not only did he show up but he fixed the problem! Not only did he fix the problem but he came prepared with jokes! He is the very best of professional and lighthearted. He genuinely loves what he does. Just ask him. :) I have one for ya Rob! Rob was punctual and affordable. He has 40 years Plumbing experience and has lived up here for over 17 years. He did a very professional and thorough rebuilding of my ""lawn hydrant"". No movement at my meter and I am one happy mountain dweller. I will recommend Rob to everyone. He's a good guy and his mature plumber's assistant, Danny, were very professional and trustworthy.

Loved how Rob came in a mask during Covid. Also, he came within 30 minutes and answered the call right away. He's been to our cabin twice and is always on time and very affordable. We would definitely recommend him.

asked Rob to replace my kitchen sink.
he planned with roughly two hours and ended up working 6hours just to replace a sink.
he made beginner mistakes, damaged brackets and had to send his guy 4times to the hardware store to replace parts he messed up or tools he didn't have.
after he finished he came up with a total of $ 503.00 - sink and faucet was additional.
his hourly rate is $ 94.00 was $ 80.00 before, he didn't bother to mention that.
small replacement parts like an air gap which costs $ 9 he charged me $ $ 25.00
angle stop regular price $ 10.00, he charged $ 25.00, a double stop regular price $ 12.00, he charged $ 35.00, garbage disposal regular price $ 94.00 he charged $ 135.00...list goes on and on.
I do understand that he asks a few bucks more for small replacement parts, but asking almost three times more than regular price is just a rip off.
best part ist yet still to come...my kitchen is on the 2nd floor of my house, underneath the kitchen on the first floor is my bedroom.
a day after Rob installs the sink, I saw some water stains on my bed.
when I looked up water was dripping through the ceiling.
this super plumber was not able to connect the hose for the dishwasher correctly and when I turned on the washer all the water started to run down into my bed.
- took him 3 times longer than usual
- for replacement parts he charges 3 times more than regular prices
- on top he caused damage and extra work
super unprofessional and he doesn't hesitate to rip you off.
plenty of other honest plumbers in Big Bear no need for people like Rob!

Rob is the BEST plumber one can ask for! He came on Christmas Eve and basically defrosted the whole house. He fixed our kitchen faucet that broke due to the water freezing, and got the showers and toilets defrosted as well. He really is available 24/7, very affordable, professional, an expert plumber, and an honest man. I would recommend him for any of your plumbing needs :)

Rob does an excellent job and it truly is a 24/7 service, he fixed our water leak at 10.30pm almost on Christmas Eve. Very economical and I highly recommend him.
