I've had Rob help me with my plumbing issues for a few years now and I am so pleased to see him start his own plumbing shop. In a world of big plumbing shops that overcharge and underdeliver (see my review of a certain big Inland Empire plumbing company in my profile), Rob is bringing high value and high quality to the community. He is genuinely concerned with figuring out the problem, explaining what needs to happen/the issue, and efficiently fixing it. The world needs more plumbers like Rob.

From shower cartridges, faucet installs, water heater maintenance, and really anything else plumbing related, Rob is my go-to guy.

He just descaled and inspected my tankless water heater and corrected an issue that a larger plumbing shop had created when the tankless water heater was installed. Water temps throughout the house are back to normal and my water heater is good for another year!

Robert was great. Installed our new commercial water heater and it looks and runs perfect. It's so hard to find reliable service people now a days, but Robert gave us a great price, was responsive, went out of the way to get us the exact model we asked for, showed up when he said he would, and installed the water heater in a timely manner. I highly recommend Robert! 10/10.
