Rob's Plumbing was referred to me by another substandard plumber (Scott's Plumbing) in Torrance, CA (Scott Roberts).

Scott could not find the cause of our blocked drains in our family home. He called Rob's plumbing and Rob came in and fixed the problem.

Unfortunately, Rob is one of the messiest, and most expensive plumbers I have ever had the misfortune of knowing.

Rob, charged overcharged me for everything he did in excess of 300%. He also wanted another 500% to keep my pipes clean for the entire year. He wanted me to hydro-jet them. My uncle a 30 year plumber had me buy $25.00 worth of a holistic powder that is flushed and left in your pipes for 4+ days and that eats all the roots.

Rob was also too impatient to roll my hose up using the hose roller which requires one to turn the handle and zip the hose in. He just stuffed the hose up into the casing. This mess took me about 20 mins to rectify and I was not going to yelp him until today.

Today, 3 months later there was an odd fowl smell coming from our patio. Upon investigating I discovered both Rob and Scott had not even bothered to tighten the clamps on the 2 clean outs on the side of our house.
