We run an Airbnb and were certain we would have to cancel our guests when we found we had a clogged sewer line. Not only was Travis here within the hour, he fixed the problem on the spot. Not only was he efficient, he spent time providing us with knowledge on DIY ways to keep our system operating at its best. He was friendly and courteous and the cost was very reasonable, even for a Saturday emergency after hours call. Thanks Travis at Robison Plumbing!!!

They were the only people who could come out within a week after our downstairs flooded with a busted pipe. Even though the guy was late he did an amazing job and was prompt when fixing and replacing what needed to be replaced. A little on the high price of things but at that point we just wanted it fixed.

Going rate seems to be about $400/hr, regardless of the job's complexity or lack thereof. Never again.

What a strange range of reviews.... we had Robison out today for a broken pipe repair on our water-well main-feed pipe to the pressure tank / house. From the time I called to the time they arrived was less than an hour - at dinner time on a Sunday night, no less. I was expecting a horrendous bill but was in for a good surprise.

Plumbing technician Travis was SUPER nice on the phone, and in person. I had started digging before he got here but he quickly took over and figured out the break right away.

The price IMO was GREAT considering it was a Sunday at dinner time - and we were facing the potential of a night at a hotel (with no water, no showers, etc.). But the billing cost for the repair was totally reasonable and that wasn't necessary.

Travis was just awesome - professional and friendly and just a ""great guy"" and fixed our problem in no time for a very reasonable cost.

At least from this experience, Robison is our ""go to"" plumbing company going forward.

Thanks Travis - great job today!! We'll ask for you by name next time :-)

Was out of town so unable to go out to see about the leak under kitchen sink. My wife was told need air gap and tail piece for dishwasher- $260, but should replace all other pvc piping too as no telling if it will last more than a year! An additional $300. So I got about $50 worth of parts and $500 labor for an hour work! Then was told I get the discount included because they back end charged $89 for a warranty and free future inspection. I have a tree business and I have 4 guys out on jobs with $300k worth of equipment and do not charge this much even at the risks we take.
TOTAL RIP OFF ! No they never charge overtime because their rates are already at double time ! I guess ethics and fairness do not apply here...

These guys are expensive but are the only company I could get out to my house to fix a gas leak with my hot water heater. After waiting WEEKS for another company to come back after their initial assessment, Robison came out the day after I called and fixed the leak the same day. Thank you!

This company is awesome! Although we still cannot determine the leak (just like when you go to the doctor, the problem magically heals itself) the guys that came out were very polite and profession. They seem knowledgeable. First time they came out with 15 minutes and it was not an emergency. Second time within 2 days so they are expeditious. I've even purchase their membership that had a 1 time fee. I would recommend them. It's unfortunate for me the leak doesn't occur when they are here.

Horrible experience! Ryan from this company came out to investigate a leak in a jacuzzi tub. When ASKED how he would find it, as he started to fill up the tub, the customer suggested he go a bit slower. First drain, then lower jacuzzi spouts and higher jet etc. Ryan, took that as customer was trying to tell him how to do his job and ignored customer.

After proceeding to fill up tub 1"" over the jets, the leak started POURING OUT to the first floor. Ryan (shocked) ran downstairs. It was a HUGE PUDDLE coming down the wall.

Customer: THAT is what I was afraid of... now a whole inch of water needs to come out. What now? As it ran down the wall. Ryan stormed out STATING CUSTOMER was unreasonable.
After calling management, they sided with Ryan (due to his experience) and would not resolve the problem.
CUSTOMER BEWARE; arrogance lives at Robinson Plumbing.

I'm giving this place 3 stars because the technician was wonderful and did a great job, was pleasant and professional. I did discover that the pricing was 3x-4X more than other local plumbing companies for a call out, which I feel is very unreasonable. A woman called to do a survey after, and was quick to say ""well, plumbers are expensive"". I don't mind paying for quality work, but somewhere in line with the rest of the neighborhood would be nicer. I will likely give my business to a smaller company next time.

Called several times looking for Tom at his request and no call back.

I bought a water heater from this company before, and the plumber was a very nice man and efficient. In last October, we damaged the shutoff valve in our garage. After a Robison plumber repaired the valve, he said ""I'll give you $100.00 off for a new frost free pipe,"" and I said OK. He spent about five minutes to install the pipe. He then prepared an invoice in my kitchen, and the price of the pipe and its installation was $214.05 AFTER the $100.00 off. I didn't argue, because he was much larger than I was and meaner looking. I then checked The Lowes and found the exact pipe at $55.00 resale! After I complained to Robison by E-mail, Tom Bozeman offered me a $100.00 discount toward a future repair. (They can reduce the price by additional $100.00, if you complain, and still make enough profit.) For the obvious reason, I didn't want to hire Robison again. Instead, I wanted a $100.00 credit toward my credit account that they charged to. Eventually, I ended up in submitting a price dispute to my credit company, CITI. Robison claimed that I approved the pipe installation and signed the invoice in the garage prior to the installation, which was a lie. (I'll be more than happy to take a lie detector test at anytime.) Apparently, after a few months, my credit company didn't want to deal with Robison any more. So, CITI, not Robison, credited my account for $100.00 as a valued member reward. Although, Robison gave me a senior citizen discount, I'm sure they took advantage of me in this case of $55.00 pipe and its installation. Yes, I did receive a $100.00 credit from my credit company. I just wanted to warn the others, who may be thinking of hiring Robison Plumbing, that what they did to me may happen to them as well, especially if you are a senior citizen. I always communicate with E-mails to keep evidence. I was surprised how Tom Bozeman communicated with me comparing to the other customer representatives. It's very unfortunate when a business takes a chance of losing much valuable customer trust over some money. The plumber didn't clean the mess. I did.
