We were offered a free inspection and we appreciated the offer. The guy from Robinson plumbing was named Randy, and 24 hours after his inspection most of everything he touched started to leak . Really?! What a coincidence. I don't think so!! He must have thought I was easy pickings

I recently purchased a house in Bremerton, and needed to upgrade the plumbing. Robinson seemed to have a good rep, so we used them.
I am an active duty military member and was leaving, but I was assured the job would be done in a weeks time, before I left, and my pregnant wife would be able to live in the house.
After they pushed their start time back twice, I had to leave and my wife was stuck in a friends apartment.
They showed up for 2 days, and then stopped because they needed a sheet rocker to continue. It would have been nice if they had told us this in the beginning.
When they came back to our house, the plumber that had started the job quit was fired, and we had to start with a new plumber.
A job that was supposed to take a week took a month and a half. After my wife asked for a price break due to the complications we faced, they refused saying the price was too low to do anything.
When a company brushes off a military member and his pregnant wife in a military town, I cant ever be give them a good review,
The job was done, and we have clean water. The service was poor. They left quite a mess on the side of my house, including old pipes all over my back yard. I was not satisfied.

We were misled by this company, one of their techs (Todd) came by did some smooth talking and ended up putting in lower end faucets which perform poorly at best. He charged us $433.00 to change out a shower assembly. Highly recommend to anyone reading this to not go with this company, over priced and full of pure American greed BS.

I called Robison for an estimate to repair a shower mixing valve. Although they arrived as agreed After dismantling the shower controls the technician proceeded to describe in detail all of the components and what was malfunctioning, pointing out he would have to rebuild the valve. For this repair, the price would be just south of $500. This did not seem an acceptable price for this work and I chose to get additional bids. The next person to review the job completed it during an initial service call by replacing the mixing cartridge (available from the manufacturer at no charge, or about $60 to the after market) and $125 service call, the same component Robison would rebuild piece by piece. Is Robison expensive? I think so, and it had better be an emergency and you have your wallet out before you call them.

Luis came to our house promptly and able to figure out our issue and solved our problem. I did ask about a warranty for the work he explained there wasn't, but if we had problems he'd come back himself. Quality service I would definitely recommend!

I ended up having a septic backup late on a Sunday night. I called and they had a plumber call me within about 15 minutes. After decribing my situation over the phone, the plumber asked me if I would be OK if he walked me through some troubleshooting steps, since it would take him two hours to arrive from his current job. I agreed, and he walked me through several steps to help me clear a line. Because I was able to fix it, he cancelled the call resulting in no charge to me! I always appreciate when businesses help you help yourself before charging a ton to do something that takes 5 minutes and needs basic tools.

Despite the high quality work and the pleasant and licensed personnel, their Service Manager is interested in nothing but the bottom line. He was argumentive with me from the first word he spoke. I am a senior and I was offended by his cavalier attitude. I was willing to pay for what I thought was the best. Not now! Poor customer communications DO effect the bottom line. This is one way that happens! There will be many more seniors with plenty of disposable money and this company is already behind the curve. No future for them here.

My wife had Robison out a year ago to install a toilet that I didn't have time to install. There was nothing unusual about the install, however the cost was quite high. While they were there they convinced her to buy a $150 lifetime contract to do annual inspections of our plumbing. This is supposed to give us some kind of discount of future services as well.
Back in late January they came out to do their annual inspection of the plumbing. At that time I pointed out that one of the toilets had leaky fill valve that would need to be repaired. The serviceman didn't have the part and told me that they would call me the following day with a quote. A week passed and I hadn't heard anything so I called to find out what was going on. I was told I would hear back the following day. Three calls and a month later and I still haven't gotten a quote from these jokers. The last time we called was on a Friday and we spoke to Tom the service manager. He assured us that we would hear from them the following Monday. It is now Tuesday and still no quote. I decided to order the part and just install it myself. In the end it's a $30 part and will take about 15 minutes to install. In the time I spent trying to contact these guys I could have completed the job. If I ever get a quote from them for this work, I'll post their price for comparison.
I'm irritated that we were sold a service contract that is worthless. It is clear that unless they can drum up a large repair job while they are doing the inspection, they have no interest in providing service. I plan to still have them do their annual visit because I paid for the service, but you can bet they won't be hired to ever do any work on my house.
Call someone else. These guys are not worth the time.

Very professional, on time, quality work, a little expensive but worth it when the water heater is out. We have used them several times over the past 15 years, including the rough-in plumbing work for our new construction home. We even signed up for a yearly maintenance package.

We've used Robison for many years and have always found their service to be great. They show up quickly and take care of the problem and the plumbers they've sent to our house have been extremely courteous and professional. Last issue we had was water heater element going out and it was taken care of same day, with a free followup call. Not the cheapest plumber in town but they do it right.
