I explained what the problem was. he asked a few questions. then proceeded to inspect the equipment. recommend what needed done to fix the problem. in and out. and the water quality and pressure are better than ever. but on the plus side... he explained everything in detail. any questions asked, he answered.

Totally unprofessional from the get go... we've used his services for years, but this time he didn't knock (his hands were full) but instead kicked the door. He was unmasked and when asked if he was vaccinated his reply was ""Don't need to be vaccinated if you're immune"" we asked him and offered a mask which he ignored and instead went down to the water softener and began work. I followed him down and asked to stop and leave at that point. He stormed out of our house and aggressively backed all the way down and out of our driveway instead of using the circle drive. This guy is clearly anti-mask, vaccination, but needs to be considerate of his customer! His attitude and remarks were WAY beyond rude and disrespectfu.

The water system in my house was experiencing low water pressure. Often times, the flow would just stop. Robinson came in, understood the problem and my system, identified the root causes, and implemented effective countermeasures. And they did this within a short amount of time and for a very reasonable price. They are very knowledgeable - veterans in the business. They will be my go-to water company going forward for any water issues.

This company installed a water softener at my house. Immediately it began overflowing and flooding my basement. When I looked at the manual vs the softener, I found that they never set it to the appropriate mode in order for the softener to operate. The overflow then caused other issues to the softener: 1, random pieces of plastic were knocked loose and are still not connected, 2, the softener will not proper process water after regeneration. The water struggles to get through the softener and it is very foamy. When I called the company they said they will not fix their mistake. This was clearly an installation issue and this company will not stand by their work.

As of today, I still have random pieces of plastic unattached from the softener and I have to draw about 10 gallons of water after each regeneration before water is drinkable. Not quality work at all!
