Robinson Plumbing was referred to me by a person/friend who had work done by them at their residence in the past. We had several issues which included a leaky toilet; poor water pressure in both upstairs showers; and needing help in choosing new shower heads in addition to finding a solution to the very poor water pressure. I was very impressed by the following: the quick response in Robinson sending out someone to review and address our issues; knowledge of what the poor water pressure issues actually were; the ability to address the toilet issue immediately; and provide an estimate for the remainder of the repairs before leaving on their first visit. Also impressive was Donna who does not schedule the follow-up appointment until all parts are delivered and checked so that the Robinson repair people are showing up with everything they need. Shout out to EJ Daniel who fixed the toilet issue immediately; and EJ and Oscar who completed the more completed plumbing solution on both showers upstairs along with addressing the water pressure issue. The house was left clean and tidy after each repair; EJ, Daniel and Oscar with awesome individuals; and all communication with the office was professional and pleasant. Robinson with be my first call for all plumbing projects/issues! Thanks for a GREAT job!!

I used Robinson for what seemed like minor repairs of leaky faucets - but the faucets style made it impossible to remove and do a simple repair without damaging the original fixture. I was told by someone else I would have to completely replace the fixture and all fittings. But Matt's team came out and figured out how to safely remove the ""frozen"" in place fixture and made the repair in minimal time and minimal cost. That is highly unusual for any service provider today - saving the customer money and giving personalized service. Robinson is the only plumber I would recommend.

We used Matt and his team at our house that we recently sold for a sewer repair. We've now used them in our new home to install a UV light and for a well tank repair today. Each time has been a great experience. Donna in the office is very helpful and accommodating with scheduling. The service is top notch and so is their work. Robinson Plumbing is now my go to for any plumbing needs I have going forward.

Sunday, Jan 10. Sewer backed up, and was disparately in NEED of someone to come out as soon as possible. Not having a bathroom is something that can't really wait. Called Robinson Plumbing, operator was easy to talk to. Said someone was available, could come out later in the day. shortly after, Michael called said he was busy, but on his way. This young man, showed up, went right to work, pulling toilet, ran snake, after about 100 foot of snake, drain cleared. Put everything back together. And on to his next call he went. He was all over the Kitsap Co. Don't know what he is paid, but hope its a lot, since he is making the company bank with his hard work ethic, and liability. This was in Suquamish today.

The lady answering the phones is very unprofessional. Always sounds like her whole world is falling apart around her. Very little to no help..... unless of course u call after hours when they double their rates.

We had a problem with water backing up in our daughter's basement. Called a few plumbers but nobody returned our calls or could not come out today. Called Robinson plumbing who said they could send somebody today. Cody called us when he arrived. He was very pleasant and knowledgable. He gave some recommendations on what could be done as, of course, the water wouldn't back up while he was there, some changing of the existing plumbing. After he left we had to dump a large amount of water in the drain. Now it backed up. Cody returned a short while later and snaked the outside drain. He was efficient and courteous. He let us know the cost before he did anything. Would highly recommend. Robinson plumbing should be proud to have Cody as an employee.

Complete price gouging. Exactly the reason why customers don't trust tradesmen. I had a simple valve issue and once the plumber saw some water where it shouldn't have been, realized the seminurgency and took complete advantage. Spent most of the time saying i needed a new water softener which had nothing to do with the issue. Actually went down on the quoted price without asking bc I think he actually felt bad with the ludicrous quote. Last time I go with ""corporate tradesmen'l

I had an issue with a faulty faucet in my kitchen sink. Even though they weren't the company to install it, they came over when they said they would. They Diagnosed the problem and took care of my issue. They were professional, accommodating and trustworthy. These are things that I find truly priceless in a plumbing service. It's so nice to know that they aren't in the business of up selling things you don't need to make a profit. What you need is what you need and what you get with these guys. Trust it!

A few years ago, Robinson plumbing came out right after a snowstorm. Our pipe had been leaking in to our yard for quite some time & finally backed up in to our house.
They dug through several feet of snow plus the ground. Plus... it was freezing! We were so grateful they were willing to help us.
They were extremely professional & up front with everything. Matt kept us in the loop every step of the way.
We call them every time we need a plumber now. All of the workers are polite, professional, clean & honest. Pricing is very reasonable. We highly recommend Robinson! You won't be sorry!
