I've used Mike several times and this last time.... I had a leaking showerhead and needed annual maintenance on my tankless water heater. Unfortunately the leak wasn't fully fixed in my shower I called and texted him about the issue, 2 weeks later I haven't heard back from Mike. I had to hire another plumber to come out after paying Mike for this job which should have been covered under my warranty. Unfortunately Mike was the only plumber I truly trusted and now I'm back to square one!

Robinson saved us! We returned from a months long trip to find our home at 99 degrees even though the thermostat was set to 84. The air was on but blowing hot air and we thought we would pass out from the heat. We had been traveling for two days and all we wanted to do was sleep! We called Robinson at 7 pm. Mike returned my call within 5 minutes! He said someone would be out to our house within 2 hours. Carlos came and by 10 that night we had our air back on! Can't thank them enough! Will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommend!

What a great company and top notch owner Michael they were so professional and came out so promptly as we had a huge slab leak. It's not to common to find a great local company who's so personal and professional and not out there to get as much money as possible instead they just did the job, did it right and they were so nice!

The best plumbing company out there!

My hot water heater quit two days ago - and First American Home Warranty even in an emergency (I have serious medical conditions that require hot water/steam/hygiene) could not get anyone here to ""diagnose"" the problem for two days - and then would have to get approval for repair/parts/replacement, whatever was needed, which could take days, weeks, or more: buyer beware.

I called Robinson Plumbing - Michael Robinson late yesterday - and he was here by noon today, ready to fix and/or replace my water heater as needed, even two days before Christmas. (Michael also when I had a very short timeline during escrow this last summer managed to perform needed repairs perfectly and on time.)

Michael does great work, always responds quickly, is fair, professional, courteous - and never disappoints - I can always count on him. With home repair service providers too often hard to find, hard to schedule, and too often less than reliable, dependable, Michael Robinson is a rare find.

After violating the cardinal rule about not putting potato peelings down the disposal, I was stuck with a clogged kitchen sink drain. Michael and Justin responded first thing the next morning and cleared and fixed the drain. They showed me what had happened and what they were going to repair. Polite and friendly as well as efficient and affordable, these gents were a pleasure to work with. They are on my short list for any future plumbing needs.
