DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I work with repair contractors for a living, and this is one of the worst companies I've ever come in contact with. They are rude and unreliable. They say they guarantee their work, but when I had a problem with the job they did and their work was questioned and a follow up visit requested, they belittled me and said that if they came out and deemed that it wasn't a problem due to the job they did, they would charge me a $300 trip visit. I tried to give them a bad review on another website and they somehow got it removed and are threatening to sue me for giving them a bad review!

*****A+I have used this reliable company on multiple occasions and I am always impressed with the quality of work and efficiency. I had a rather complex plumbing problem, along with a water heater change out and a dishwasher connection that another party had installed incorrectly. Not only did they come out the same day, but went above and beyond in terms of customer service, expertise, communication, and professionalism. I find Robinson Plumbing to be hardworking, honest, and ethical while delivering their services at a great value. I am very grateful for all the wonderful help. Thanks James! *****

DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY, HE IS A CROOK!! he only got 1 star, because you have to give something. I hired Mr. Robinson for a clogged pipe. He led me to believe that he needed to dig up my backyard in order to fix the problem I hired him for. He said it would cost $650. Before he begins the work, I call and ask Mr. Robinson if he has to do all that, or can he just snake the pipe, he says that digging up the backyard must be done. Once he started digging up the back yard, he calls me and says it is going to cost $2,500. I tell him to stop, and I hire a new plumber the next morning who fixes the pipe by snaking it for $225. The new plumber writes in a written report that all the work Mr. Robinson did was completely unnecessary. I then call Mr. Robinson, and tell him, his services are no longer needed and he can come get is equipment. He comes over to my house and begins to fill the hole that he dug without fixing the pipe that he broke in the first place until my wife comes out and tells him to stop.. The next day, I speak to my landlord, who tells me Mr. Robinson gave him a bill for $700 for his work (which was entirely unnecessary), and threatened to put a lean on the house if it were not paid. Over the course of 3 days, I tried to call Mr. Robinson, and all he would do is pick up the phone, and then immediately hang up. After further investigation, I found out that Mr. Robinson has been operating under multiple business names, including but not limited to: Robinson Plumbing, Robinson Mechanical, Atlanta water and Sewer, and Atlanta Plumbing. I have reason to believer that Mr. Robinson has been practicing plumbing in the state of GA without a proper/lapsed license.

THEY ARE THE BEST PLUMBERS, GO TO THEM!!! first off, their customer service is excellent, people pick up on the first ring, and second ring, who does that?! they listen to your problems, and then instruct you to have the kind of the appointment you need, and they really really try hard to get the people out as soon as they can. i called them back right after the leak detection was done at my house, the lady first told me it was all booked up, then i told her the detection guy had drilled holes on my slab, and i can't really leave it open like that with a leak under. she put me on hold for couple minutes, came back told me that she was able to send a guy out to my house within the next 3 hours as an emergency call. I had total of two plumbers came out, but not at the same time, because the problem was so complicated. the first one i had was very nice, patient, and hard working. he literally laid on my floor, tried to fix the leak on my beat up copper pipe from 5pm to 10pm!!!! he didn't ask for water, a tissue, or anything during this entire time until i offered. my pipe was one of the difficult fixes according to him, it was under the slab, between two other pipes, and a waste line, with leaked water around, in order to get the water dry out from inside the pipe, he went in and out multiple times to blow into the garden holes faucet himself in the cold!!! hoping the water would be forced out that way. unfortunately, before he was able to fix this one leak, my severely damaged piped had already burst out another tiny hole next to the first leak!!! we then decided to call it for the night, but he offered to come back early in the morning the next day, and tried to fix it even more. He came back the next morning around 8am to try to fix the pipe from the night before, yet i had already decided that the pipe was in such poor condition which it would have saved me more money to re plumbed the house instead. He then agreed with me. He signed off on my bill, told me that my dispatch fee will be charged to the next plumber since this would considered as one job, then he told me that even though he had worked for so long the previous night, but he somehow didn't get the problem solved, so he wasn't going to charge me anything!!! i was very satisfied with how professional they company is, and their plumbers are!!! they really make me feel that i'm in such a good hand, who i can trust competely!!! I then called to have the second plumber come out, which he was an expert on service, and re piping water lines for houses. he came out around 11am, not too long after i called, looked around my house, discussed couple of ideas with me, we then agreed on an idea and it's price. he was able to get the work started right away!!! it just seemed like he had all the tools and parts in the world to do the job, he did have to go out to the shop to get some pipes (pvc and copper), but he returned very quickly. he cut up couple of places on my ceiling and on the drywalls since we were re piping it throw the attic, in neatly squares because he told me it would be easy for me to patch up later. keep in mind they are plumbers, so they would not patch up walls for you, filling the floor is extra charge too, so i offered to do the filling myself also. he was crawling through my attic, back and forth many times to get the pipe positioned right, and sealed correctly he then even secure them onto the side for me, so it was very easy to get to, exam, or clean later. he used copper links also, which needs to be torched up and seal properly, this guy got all the places sealed up, and right on the first try!!!! the connections between pipes were designed very smartly by him, he was very quick and good at what he does, he was able to have all the pipes connected, and torched up in a very tiny space under one of my tubs. i'm not a professional to describe exactly what they have done for me and my house, but i tried to write as much in details above to let you all know that i have dealt with many plumbers before, and i know only a good, and experienced can, and able to get the work done, and correctly done. this company is the place to go, they have the best group of people you can possibly ask for to fix your stuff!!! btw, i feel the price was very reasonable since the first guy didn't charge me anything for the first day at all with all the time n work he did do, i was charged total of 3000 dollars to re piping a whole section of my house on the second day. you can also go print out the coupons on their websites. good luck!!! http://www.atlantaplumbing-ga.com 404-437-3030
