In July 2016 Robinson Plumbing came to my home to install a faucet, the installation took 15 minutes and by 3 am my entire kitchen was flooded. I called time and again (finally stopped payment on the check) and at 11 am the next day the plumber showed up -ripped (I watch him do this) the faucet out and told me he would contact Watts and I should give him my invoice. I told him I would call Watts and return the faucet myself so he left and was never heard of again. Watts sent the faucet to their quality control Division but said they could not determine it the damage to the faucet was caused by the install or removal. Robinson Plumbing Company sent a collection notice, which I paid so I would not hurt my credit rating. To Date it has cost me 678.00 (repair of the cabinets, another plumber and new faucet) to correct Robinson's error. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.
