I would highly recommend Robin's Plumbing, and will certainly use them again for any future plumbing needs. When a pipe in our kitchen burst, we needed someone who could come out quickly. They could come out faster than any of the other companies in the area, less than 24 hours.

When Alex came out to do an estimate, he was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly figure out the problem, and was able to replace our pipe the same day! I so appreciated him taking the time to explain things to us, and the way that he double checked to make sure everything was working well before he left. Thank you Alex, for helping us out!

I can't speak highly enough about the service provided by Alex and Steve from Robin's Plumbing. This was my 2nd time using Robin's and everything was just as good as the 1st time. I will continue to call Robin's exclusively for any plumbing issues I have. I should add that even though my service call wasn't an emergency, they were still there just a few hours after I called. I would give more than 5 stars if possible!!!

Great service, called on a Sunday and Ryan was at the house in less than an hour. Gave us the best option to make the repairs and then fixed the leak in less than 30 min. We were very pleased with the service tech Ryan. Very professional and prompt with repairs.

If there was an option for zero stars, that is what I would give. I called them for an emergency service because all of my plumbing was backing up in my new home. I initially spoke with very nice lady, that made me at ease. It was a very upsetting and stressful time, so it was nice to speak to some who seemed to care. They sent a tech out who couldn't find access the main sewer line outside. He said he couldn't scope through the vents because it would be murky. He also said he had to remove my toilet. The issues I had all started in the master, but he said it would be better to pull the toilet in the guest bath. Mind you it cost $250 just to remove the toilet. He removed the toilet snaked the drain and it didn't fix the problem... now he had to pull the other toilet another $250. Non of which is covered by my home warranty company. After he finished he assured me the problem was fixed, then 16 hours and $600 later everything in my house is backing up again. When I called the lady who answered the phone was argumentative and rude. When Brian a different supervisor from the one I had worked with initially called me back, he said he'd be glad to come back, but it will be a whole new set of charges. There aren't even words. Hands down the worst experience I've had. I would not recommend using them. They do not stand by their work and at the end of the day their only concern is making money and covering their tracks. Update: so after getting a second opinion, it turns out that my home does have proper clean outs. Unfortunately the technician was inexperienced and didn't see them under the sink in the bathroom where he pulled the toilets. Very disappointing!

Let me preface by saying I have own multiple properties in different states and like to plan /coordinate very far in advance any repairs that I need to have done so I can shop and pick up any parts I need at the best price. I called this company in May 2018 to request a quote on installing a garbage disposal (that I would purchase myself and have onsite waiting on scheduled date of installation), on a home in AZ as I live in California and was given an installation quote price of $147.00. This to me was a good price considering Home Depot would charge me $150.00 to have it installed.

I also asked them how far in advance I need to schedule this and they told me they could install it as quick as the next day after I called to schedule the installation.

I planned my trip out to AZ for first week in June as I would be in town for 4 days, and scheduled the installation (a week in advance) for the second day I was to be in town giving me time to purchase the unit the first day I arrived in Phoenix, and the office confirmed the install price with me over the phone. On the day of install the plumber coming out to install it calls me an hour before arrival and tells me I was quoted the wrong installation price and that it would be $187.50 to install it! What a bait and switch operation this is as it is a little too late for me to re-schedule with Home Depot to install this as I am only in town literally for 2 more days and had already scheduled Home Depot to deliver and install a dishwasher for $79.00 the day before I was scheduled to leave plus I had made plans and paid in advance to attend a concert that day as well!

This left me high and dry and over a barrel with no choice but to pay the higher price to have the disposal installed! Well I guess Robins plumbing will lose a customer for life over $47.50 because I will never ever call them for service again! I use Belsito Plumbing as they are faster, less expensive and a lot more knowledgeable and upfront with their pricing. I should have just stuck with Belsito but because they service mostly Scottsdale and Paradise valley area I assumed Robins plumbing was closer to the Glendale home that needed the installation done. Boy, was I stupid!

Moral of the story, If you find a good plumber stick with them, why change tires in the middle of a race when you are winning the race!

Lastly to add insult to injury, due to an emergency leak, I had them also install an outside hose bib faucet that I purchased, that had to be soldered on and they charged me $85.00 for a 10 minute fix! So much for good customer service, huh???

A very good experience all around, starting with a prompt response to my request for an estimate (which was free) to move our bathroom drain and some pipes for a walk-in shower. The plumber wrote up an estimate but modified it in a timely manner when I decided to go with a shower panel setup instead of a typical shower head and handle combo. We got on the schedule quickly and the work was done within a few days after the revised estimate was completed. Brian was our plumber and he was thorough, exacting, and fair. He made sure we knew how everything was oriented when he was finished so we wouldn't have any issues with the panel install. The price for the work we had done seemed like a great value to me. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Honestly couldn't have asked for a better company. First off prices are very fair. I was leaving for work when I heard the sound of flowing water. A valve outside my house some how broke and water was nonstop. I had to duct tape the valve down to stop it. I called Robins first then 4 other places. Mind you its 730am. 3 of the 5 places didn't pick up. Called Robins again, I had previously said it was an emergency and they had given me a 2 hour window between 11am-1pm. Asked if any earlier and the front desk said they will try and get there at the top hour of that window. Behold Brian shows up at exactly 11am. He was very knowledgeable, as while I was waiting I had sent photos to a buddies dad, who is a jack of all trades of whom I trust. When Brian broke down what was going on with the setup, it was right on the money of what my buddies dad was saying. Had it cleaned up looking new in about 45min. Was able to head back to work like nothing happen. Almost a week later and no issues. I'm a new homeowner and they just a earned a loyal customer.

Quick service and friendly serviceman. I had an after-hours emergency, and the plumber was here in under 30 minutes. While I hope to not have plumbing isues again (or at least for a long, long time!), I know who to call if I do.
