I love Robin! He is an enthusiastic and very competent plumber. My Groehe shower valve broke and was discontinued but I wanted a replacement shower valve kit the same shape and size (rectangular) so I would not have to re-tile the bathroom. I waited 9 months and after several other plumbers tried and failed to find it, Robin succeeded. I took one star off because he did not come back to put in a drain trap and stopper as promised after I had already paid him in full. Disappointing but good help is hard to find in Santa Barbara.

My tank water heater started leaking and I contacted Robin to check on installing a tankless water heater. Robin said he would come to my house and check on the location of the heater. Robin came and checked out my location and saw problems with the venting requirements of the tankless heater. My roof has solar panels and thus the enhancement of the vent was difficult.

So, Robin turned into a businessman and gave me a simple pitch. For a fixed price, he said he would go Home Depot to pick up a replacement tank water heater that I would buy online. After he got the heater to my house, he would proceed to remove the old heater and install the new one and he promised to be done in less than three hours. After all of this, I would not have to worry anymore about the water heater.

I decided that Robin's proposal made a lot of sense. Robin started the replacement and finished everything in less than two hours. Great job and I recommend him to anybody needing a plumber.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Do not use this company!!!!!! They were trying to charge me for their broken snake machine and said that it was from doing our plumbing. And then went ahead and diagnosed my plumbing issue that the pipe needed to be replaced and said that they will refund me the initial price point if I decide to use them to replace the pipe.
I called another company to look at the pipes and plumbing and they basically told me whoever did the previous job, did not have a strong enough snake (hence their snake was broken already)

They were refered so I though they would be a reliable company, first of all I called few times texted and they didn't reply, finally I told the referring person that they never answered and I was going to look for someone else, but then few minutes later they did call back. And they said oh we never got text and didn't have service, really? I needed toilet put so I asked and they agreed to come in the morning, they did show up in time, but you know what really bothered is that two people came to install toilet seat, then they said there was a part missing even though I had bought the wax ring and hose that hooks to toilet. I know and I asked when I bought toilet, they said the screws something under the seat they needed to go buy, so both went and took more than half hour, they came back it literally took less than 10 minutes for them to install toilet. What a rip off, first I'm just paying for their precious ride to Home Depot to supposedly buy a part and that's what really bothered me. I would have just rather been charged for the job, and not been told it's .. per hour and then you just go for a ride to the store and charge for two, and also change 40 for the parts. WILL NEVWR CALL THEM AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Their loss cause family and friends always ask me for referrals for many things. And I'm usually nice and give people benefit of the doubt but this time it just wasn't right.
