No problem with this company. I have a Mitsubishi Mini Split and the tech went the extra mile to solve the problem. No cold air! Had me take a movie of the fault lights when they occurred and came back at no charge.He was able to go right to the issue. Other companies just shrugged their shoulders( waste of money).

I have a 30 year old furnace/ac unit the heat was working fine . Trouble with the a/c however, the fan had to be turned on manually . Tim was amazing he determined it was a bad relay switch. He ordered the correct unit they installed it Then He and Brian took the entire fan off and cleaned it there was dirt on the back side I couldn't see or get to as I cleaned the unit 2x a year myself. The unit is working great , I have much better air flow and the fan comes on much smoother now. I recommend everyone get a maintenance appointment . The techs were on time ,fast and very professional. I now have an excellent running unit that will save me money . Thank you for the peace of mind PRICELESS

I had Robin Aire Heating & Cooling put in a new furnace a year and half ago and they had me sign up for a maintenance plan. They did a great job putting the furnace in and I was quite happy with their service. Today, however, I talked with them on the phone and explained that I was going to be moving later this month and that my pre-paid fall maintenance visit for my furnace would occur with the new owners. I was told that the plan was non-transferrable and non-refundable. I tried to reason with the gentleman and told him that I already paid for it and that they could potentially be gaining new customers if they just followed through with the visit (which again is already paid for). He repeated that it was non-transferrable and non-refundable. They would be losing nothing by continuing to honor the plan since I already paid for it. I feel like their policy essentially amounts to stealing money from unsuspecting customers. My warning to others is to read the fine print and maybe not even go with the maintenance plan (you actually have to pay for the furnace filters on top of the maintenance plan by the way and they aren't that cheap).

Robin Aire completed an AC tune up on my home. After the tune up I was offered a plan where I would receive an AC and Furnace tune up once a year for $28 a month. In addition, if I needed my AC unit or Furnace looked at, I would not be charged for the inspection or the parts. Thankfully, I decided to get the warranty. After getting the warranty, my AC unit broke and needed a new part. Robin Aire came to my home in the middle of the night and repaired my AC at no additional cost to me. I just had my Furnace checked out before winter and the technician found a part that needed to be replaced. Once again this was at no cost to me. Robin Aire always calls to remind me of appointments and lets me know the name of the technicians. The technicians at Robin Aire are very knowledgeable, polite, and complete the job right the first time. I would highly recommend Robin Aire!

I am very very pleased with Robin Aire. The owner Matthew, and his entire crew, particularly David, came to my rescue. It all started with a service call. There was no heat and it was after regular business hours. I called the service line and talked to Matthew (the owner). He was sympathetic, professional, and very attentive. I explained my ordeal and right away he offered to come the same night. Once the maintenance guy (David) arrived, he diagnosed the problem, explained everything very efficiently, and a few moments later the heat was working. I am very grateful for the service and commitment Matt and his crew has for their customers.

I had a high efficiency furnace installed 4 years ago after meeting with the owner of Robiin Air. They were not the low bid, but we're the best at selling themselves and then following up with great installation and service follow up. I use their summer and winter check up service and continue to marvel at their lev of customer service. I can recommend them without hesitation. They are great. If you need a new furnace or air conditioning unit, call them, you will be more than pleased with their professional work.

The person who set up my appointment could not have been kinder. Great first impression. When the man came to repair my A/C he seemed much more interested in selling me maintenance and a maintenance contract then fixing my currently broken A/C. He did fix he A/C..but the hard sell was really not appreciated. He spent WAY too much time pushing this maintenance contract. Will probably call someone else in the future.

I can't say enough nice things about Robin Aire. And not just 1 person, their entire crew. Everyone from Mike in sales, to the ladies in the office, to Eric the installer and his crew.
This all started when my central AC stopped working on May 26. Steve from Robin Aire came out and found rusted wires and a blown fuse on my 21 yr old Lennox. He made the necessary repairs but later discovered that the condenser was shot. We sat down and he gave me an idea how much my different options were going to cost.
May 27 Mike came out, looked at my Furnace (24 yr old Lennox) and AC set up. We discussed my options, cost, and financing for about 30 minutes. We also spent about 2 hours talking about our kids and family. I decided later that night to replace the furnace and AC because the long term rewards outweighed the initial cost. I called Mike on his cell phone and he said the crew would be here at 10 AM the next day.
May 28, 10AM two guys showed up and started taking out the old furnace and AC. It was obvious that their crews were very busy and stretched a little thin. 2 more guys showed up a couple hours later after they were done with another job. They installed the furnace, the AC, and replaced and fixed several things that they weren't required to do. They were done by 6 but they spent over an hour testing and making sure the system worked properly.
The prices were competitive, the crew was pleasant, and did an excellent job of cleaning up.
Lastly, Robin Aire filled out and sent in all of the paperwork for my energy rebates.
I would recommend them to anyone.
