It's great to have a plumber in the area that is honest and very knowledgeable. Especially if you have rental properties. Nice to have someone that you can trust!

Unclogged main sewer line efficiently. Took measurements in bathroom for re-model estimate. Never heard back from them. Not even the decency enough to tell me they didn't want the job. Left me in the dark. This is the problem with many Sonora small businesses. Will be doing business with the national companies, they are far more reliable. Nothing worse than getting left in the dark. Letting friends and family know to stay away from these folks.

After horrible experience with A Rose Plumbing (who wouldn't even look at the problem) these guys Robertson Plumbing were like miracle workers! Can't say enough positive comments about them. On time, thorough, reliable , respectful and saw the job through the end. Thank you gentlemen, much appreciated.

Nice and professional. They figured out the problem when two other plumbers were stumped. We'll use them again!

Too bad I have to write a negative review. Being a long distance landlord, I'm often exposed to dishonest service quotes. My tenant having two plumbing issues contacted Matt and got a service for her first problem--bath faucet leak for $189, and got a quote for another, which is low hot water pressure at the kitchen sink. According to my tenant, he took off the hot water faucet connector of stainless steel to inspect and concluded she needed a new hot water supply pipe to run from the heater to the kitchen sink because her galvanized pipe was blocked with corroded particles. She felt unsure and needed to talk to me and he left after he got paid for the leakage fix service. His quote for the pipe rerun was $500 for 4 feet in length. I called him and left a message to ask a couple of technical questions and time frame regarding the quote. I never got a call back from him and felt strange. Over that weekend, I decided to check it out myself taking 2 hours of drive to my rental property. I removed the connector and found a total blockage in it. Her main galvanized pipe was free from corroded fragments and the hot water flow was great when I turned on the angle valve. So the culprit was the 8"" long stainless steel connector. I replaced it with a new one--cost me $7+ and voila, the hot water was running with full pressure. I and my tenant think that there's no way he would've not noticed the clogged connector and the galvanized pipe having no problem. Strangely, he never returned my call by today--funny and convenient. $500 vs. $7+ with 15 min work. What would you say? You be the judge.

Matt and William are excellent! quick and easy to set up and appointment, great work! Definitely our go to guys!
