Steve did a new house build for us. The people in the house have had sewer gas problem. Steve put in the grinder pump. The lady in the house is do any day with her 2nd baby. We called Steve telling him there is a problem ,a bad problem of sewer gas through the whole house . he told us he could not come for at least 2 to 3 days. We said it was emergency that they needed it looked into. He would not come. We had to pay another plumber to come who came immediately. Could not figure out that there was anything with the drain field or anything wrong. We had to get a smoke test done and pay for that. It ended up being his grinder pump that he did Not seal down. We are trying to send him a bill for the $300. He will not take our Messages or answer our calls or get back to us. I would not recommend Steve for any job at any time if he is not willing to stand behind his work.
