So Especially after reviewing other bigger plumbing companies that are making $100/he or more, even for an estimate.. Roberts Plumbing, yes has a service charge, even for an estimate but goes by the job, not an hourly rate.. These guys, does awesome work, and I've never seen their work, being ""short work""or any issue resolved if customer, communicates fully with the owner, person on the phone or plumber.. James, David, or Shane are guys that care.. They have 30+ yrs experience.. If you think prices are high, call rotor rooter and see if they don't break the bank on ya. At a high hourly rate...

WARNING!!!!!
I was very scriptable of this company when I first called because of the the man that answered the phone. I didn't have a good feeling at all. This was my rental property in another town so I tried him. First of all he would only take a credit card and he had to have the numbers before he would start the job which I see why now. He charged me $350 for 50 minutes worth of work. He didn't fix the problem and I had to go to the property the next day and fix it. Keep in mind I'm not a plumber. My advice to you is don't trust this guy he pretty much stole $350 from me. In case you're wondering about material cost, after looking he might have had $2 in a couple of fitting.

Horrible man. I was asking for an estimate and he said I had to pay for an estimate. Hung up on me. Horrible customer service
