After waiting for almost four hours on a company that said they'd be there in just over an hour I got fed up and found Brad. He was a life saver. Kind, curtious professional and personable. He is exactly the kind of person I like doing business with. I own a small pest control company where I focus more on customer satisfaction than anything else. I will admit, I was nervous because I didn't know what to expect. Calling Brad was one of the best decisions I've made. He was pleasant, very responsive and took the time to explain the process. During one service call, Brad educated me on a wide range of plumbing related issues and how to prevent them. Brad' s quote was very reasonable and the problem was corrected in less than an hour. Well, I do believe we have found our plumber! After less than stellar service from other plumbers in the past, Brad's service was truly top notch. He was extremely courteous and professional. On top of that, he explained everything very well but not at all condescendingly. (My husband and I are probably two of the least mechanical people on the planet!). He even followed up by phone. We are extremely pleased with his service and are so glad to find him.

We found a leak outside in the evening, we contacted one company we had used before, they couldn't come until next week. Saw the reviews for RPS my husband called thinking he would leave a message but Brad answered. My husband explained the issue, Brad said I will call you in the morning around 9 and he did. He had one quick call then would head our way about 1015. I got a text message from him saying on his way. His work was very neat and meticulous making sure everything was running before he left. I will use him again and recommend him to anybody who needs a good honest plumber.

We needed some work done under the kitchen sink and Brad was very responsive to our calls. When he came to replace the faucet and the sink pipes he was very pleasant. He clearly knew what he was doing. Brad recommended a few faucet brands with lifetime guarantees against leaks. This was helpful as I had gone with a Costco faucet. Brad's work was high quality and he fixed our various leaky pipes. We also appreciated his knowledgeable advice. We will definitely call Roberts Plumbing Service any time we need to and will recommend him to friends.

Called Roberts Plumbing yesterday to fix a water line break in our yard, and while he was super responsive and got here that same morning, our overall experience was horrible and cost us $1400. In short, we were ripped off and charged $4 per minute he was on our property, not per minute he was actually actively working, which, silly me, assumed would be the case when i agreed to his """"up front pricing."""" If you care for the details, He arrived a couple minutes after 10:30, but didn't get started on the repair until 11:15 (after spending 30 minutes talking to me in the basement about various other plumbing issues that i never inquired about) and then at 12:15, he broke a part of the water meter so we had to call the county to come out and fix it, they arrived an hour later and finished their repair around 1:40 and then Roberts Plumbing finished their portion of the repair at 2:30 and charged me for the entire time between 10:30-2:30. Unbelievable. When I questioned him on it, he told me I agreed to the pricing up front and said it's not like he was getting rich on this and my house was much nicer than his. I absolutely feel like we got taken advantage of for living in a nice area. If I would have known I was being charged to have a 30 minute conversation and then for 1.5 hours of waiting for the county and the time it took for their repair on a part that he broke, I NEVER would have agreed to the pricing. Beware.
