Finally, I found a plumber I really like and I just had to share the news with all you Yelpers! Robert's Plumbing came highly recommended to me by another plumber. Robert fixed several problems that I had in my new house. He was courteous, knowledgable and very reasonable. He kept me posted when he would be arriving and when he was finished, he cleaned up after himself. No trail dust left behind! Robert's service is priceless! It's hard to find trustworthy and reliable people these days, so In case you ever need a GOOD plumber, he's your guy.

I appreciated Robert's quick response to my request for assistance in backup and drainage of master shower. He was up front with costs and when snaking didn't work other options were discussed. He removed toilet and with care and patience and was able to finally restore service. His dedication to his business and his work is refreshing. Many others would have promised and not delivered. I was so lucky to find Robert! I had a leak in my bathroom and called Robert at 6:30 in the AM. He took my call and promised to come out the same afternoon. He even had me text him a picture of my shower knob so he would make sure he had the right part. Robert called me 1 hour before to let me know he was coming. He was very professional, knowledgeable and explained all the details of the problem to me. Very fair and reasonable rates. No need to look anywhere else - Robert is the best!

Robert has come out to help us with plumbing issues three times in the last three years or so, and every time he has been a complete pro. One visit was to trace a drain pipe with a camera, once to clean out a clogged main and once to jet out a drain.

All three times: He arrived when he said he would. He talked through the issue, asking questions to make sure he understood before diving in and opening up pipes -- and he listened to the answers. We've had other plumbers who didn't listen -- they already ""knew"" the problem before walking in the door. Robert listened, explained what he was going to do, then did it.

He quoted an hourly rate up front for each task, and he stuck to it -- no add-ons, no up-sells, no surprises. We're three-for-three when calling Robert's Plumbing, and while I hope we never need to call him again, I trust that if we do, he'll come through again.

With all the heavy rains this winter and after the years with very little, we discovered we had a clog in our exterior drains. I called a local plumber who, after snaking it, insisted the area that was flooding was not tied into the main drain and ended up making the problem worse. Someone suggested we try hydro jetting the lines so I googled it and Roberts was the first name that came up. He was swamped with many similar requests, I'm sure. But a few days later he came to the rescue and cleared the lines.
Robert is punctual, courteous and a genuinely nice guy, as was his assistant, Eric. But best of all, he does what he says he's going to do. Very much appreciate him and while I hope I don't have problems in the future, if I do, I'll call Robert!
