Rob is the best guy to have an emergency such as the one we had on New Years Eve. We had a frozen pipe that burst. He gave calm instructions on the phone in response to my panic and promised to arrive in an hour. He was no more than five minutes late. He and his associate Keith went right to work, fixed the leak and then put us on to the people who could restore our kitchen.

He then went above and beyond by installing insulation to prevent another break and recommended a drywall man and a painter.

I am grateful to Rob and have no reservations about recommending him.
He saved our holiday and salvaged what could have been a very unhappy New Years.
