Service by Roberts was a pleasant experience. Setting the appointment was informative and the gal offered possible solutions which did not apply to my ceiling leak but were appreciated. Owen the tech arrived on time and was very courteous and attentive. I was dreading the issue because I believed a pipe leak would be so expensive. Not! Owen located the problem in minutes and issue was resolved in less than 2 hours. He also replaced a stopper assembly in guest bath in that time. Highly recommend Roberts Plumbing! !

They are the best plumbing company I have dealt with in a long time. I have had a leak for a long time in my sprinkler system but could not find it. They found the problem and were able to make the repairs after a couple of hours. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing problems.

My most recent business with Robert's was disappointing. I have used them in the past and have been pleased. This time not at all. This is the 3rd time they have come out to work on the same commode purchased from them. That is bad enough, but the issues were resolved in right at an hour's period of time. The tech said he was going to the car to write up the invoice. I followed him out and just sat on my front porch with my checkbook to pay him. He and the other man with him talked on their phones walked around the truck and just sat inside for the next 30 minutes. When he comes back with the invoice I have been charged for an hour and a half service call. I questioned it and the tech said, """"well this is all just part of the visit."""" I called the office to discuss this and look for some type of adjustment. The ladies in the office are fabulous and couldn't have been nicer. However, the owner took an entire week to have them relay back to me, in an email no less, that there would be no adjustment. I had to follow up once during the week or I am pretty sure I would have gotten no response at all. I wasn't even given a courtesy of a phone call back. I will be looking for a new plumber. It is hard to do business with people that will not even discuss an issue with you. I have used their services several times and thought I finally had a good business to call on. It is a shame. our service was very poor they came out and fixed issue, but 2 days later we still had issue, and we texted back and forth to have them come out and they gave us a date to come out and they said they did not get a response from us. but we did send a response for them to come out and then they canceled our appointment and said we did not confirm but we did and it is in our text messages. and they canceled our appointment, and said that they had no appointments., big issue. when they say a date and time late afternoon then cancel our appointment. poor service

If you are looking for a company who's employees understand the meaning of customer service this is the place. I have used them for both my home and rental. The staff on the phone are knowledgeable and the plumbers who come to the house are fast, efficient and never leave a mess. They communicate what is needed and make sure that you understand what the repairs will consist of and price. The just replaced a toilet in our guest bathroom. It was done efficiently and everything was cleaned up to perfection. I have never been up-sold on any type of repair.

Corey (young man) came out on a Saturday morning. We had a leak in the garage, in the wall, near our water heater. He was fast, efficient and found the leak quickly. He was also polite and friendly. He used a Roberts Plumbing coupon so we thought the charge was reasonable. His boss, Brad, was very helpful over the phone when my husband called on a Friday night. Would call Roberts Plumbing again. Plus, they weren't far away!
