These guys are the best. We were remodeling a 1960s home and needed to add a new washer and dryer on the main floor. They spent most of the day installing the water lines, drain and dryer vent, as well as relocating the refrigerator ice maker water line. All of their work functions properly, and they tested everything before they left. Everything in the house was left exactly as they found it, and they cleaned up where work was done. We will definitely call them again when needed.

Fantastic customer service. Called with a non-emergency plumbing problem and expected to have to wait a couple of weeks, but Roberts was on the job within 2 days. I also expected the job would require some trenching and a new line, but instead of taking advantage of the opportunity for a bigger project and more money, Roberts advised it was not necessary and took care of the problem in a way that was much more economical for me.

This is the second time Roberts has done work for me, and I have been very pleased both times.

VERY disappointing experience with this business. I was charged 12 total labor hours at $40/hr and was left still waterless. The workers came on a Friday and promised to be back Monday. When I followed up, Mr. Roberts told me they were taking a vacation day. THEY LIED TO MY FACE about returning on Monday leaving me waterless another 24+ hours. After returning on Tues and another 7 man hours of labor, I still had no water. They told me I had a leak in my water line. I called for a second opinion. The plumber arrived the same evening, worked less than 45 minutes, resolved the issue and only charged $20. Mr. Roberts promised a $200 refund but after weeks and 5 attempts to make contact, Mr. Roberts said he changed his mind and I would have to take him to court. He is an unscrupulous liar as well.
