Roberts Plumbing was amazing! They were on time and neat. We had a mysterious leak that no other plumbing company could figure out but Roberts Plumbing did! In fact it turned out to be four leaks. Great job! AAAA++ Thank you again Marcus! We highly recommend!

I called this business to replace a leaky toilet and was quoted by Marcus $90 per hour and they could be here the next day at 10am. We briefly discussed the type needed and he said he would pick one up on his way here. At 10am the next day I called to see is they were on schedule. Marcus answered and seemed not to remember our appointment but said they would be here at 11am. And they did arrive at 11 but without the new toilet, so then had to go and pick one up. One hour later they arrived and quickly installed it. Marcus then presented me with an invoice that included TWO hours labour or $225.He had charged me an extra hour for a trip to Home Depot because he had completely forgotten our initial conversation and that he would pick up what we needed. He also overcharged me on the hourly rate he quoted. They bill themselves as reliable and affordable - neither is true !

We've used Roberts for about 4 years now. They've replaced a hot water heater, a toilet, numerous faucets inside and out. They really know these old Key West houses and their cantankerous plumbing - and how to fix it! Marcus is very nice and easy to deal with and honest about what needs to be done.
