Had a plumbing emergency and called Robert after searching high and low for a local West Sac plumber to help right away - he was able to come within a few hours and made some recommendations. A few hours later the issue was completely fixed and had a brand new toilet in place. So thankful I came across Robert's plumbing. He is a very kind, knowledgeable and competitive priced plumber who I'm saving for my future projects. We talked about a few other things and he quickly sent over detailed quotes. My in-laws had a kitchen sink/disposal/dishwasher connected system that was not draining. The Dishwasher water was backed up into the sink and would not drain. I ran a 25' snake and it didnt seem to make a difference. I called Robert in hopes he could be over that same day as I saw he was based in West Sac. He indeed did and got out the ""big guns"" as far as plumbing snake and took care of it. He also scoped our main line outside and included that w/o charge as was here already. In the process of the non draining sink, the garbage disposal began to leak (was easily 10-15 years old I suspect) He said if I get one now he could install that. Which he did for a reasonable fee. And not surprising while doing this the faucet (which we knew also should be replaced) he agreed and said he could replace this for a additional very reasonable fee. We lucky had a faucet that my in-laws had been wanting me to install and we had not yet.
Glad we had Robert do this because he ultimately needed to cut the faucet off the counter to get it out! I would have resulted in me working on it a whole day no doubt.
We will be sure to keep Robert's number if we need plumber work again!

Had a leak at the base of the toilet bowl. Called Robert and he was able to come the next day on a weekend. He identified the problem. Changed the old wax ring in both of our toilets on the same day. Clean up when complete. Highly recommended by a friend.
