Robert did some repair work on the toilet in my master bathroom. He responded promptly to my initial contact and was available right away to do the work. He arrived on time, priced the job and completed it in timely fashion. His work was excellent. The toilet is now working perfect. He was very pleasant and professional. I will definitely call him again if I need any plumbing or handyman work again. I will also recommend him to any of my friends who may need any help as well. Will strongly recommend Robert for any plumbing work. Robert was super quick in responding and stopping by after I msged him . We hired him immediately and Robert graciously agreed to get the shower parts and new toilet and fixed everything same day. He even went to different stores to get the broken shower parts for us. Robert did an excellent job fixing multiple things in our house like replacing toilet, shower control to fix the hot water issue , shower head and broken shower pipe. He was very reasonable in pricing. He did a very clean and perfect job. He is great at his work, very disciplined, knowledgeable and warm personality.

I need a water heater replaced. I heard lots of good things about a particular brand. I called several plumbers and water heater replacement businesses. Robert's Plumbing happened to recommend an excellent brand and suggested we get it from a plumbing supply place rather than Home Depot. That's exactly what I had read numerous times. Robert gave me a reasonable price for the labor and I paid for the materials.

Robert was considerate and careful not to mess up the house or scratch the walls. He's clearly done hundreds and hundreds of water heaters. He was a one-man operation for my job. Next time I need a plumber I am definitely going to call Robert.

I couldn't wish for a better plumber than I found with Robert. He immediately responded to my request through Thumbtack, gave me a good recommendation, and performed the task efficiently. The task was installing a new garbage disposal. He bought the disposal and returned within the hour to install it. I have already requested information on another task - installation of a different faucet in our bathroom. Later the same day, he contacted me with a picture of the faucet and asked when I would like it installed. I only wish I needed more projects completed!

Robert responded to my project request through Yelp very quickly and gave me a quote right off the bat. He also said he could help me that same day!

He was at my place within a half hour (it did help that I live in West Sac also) and quickly went to work on my issue (dishwasher leaking from hoses that run through the cabinet). He was very friendly and kept me updated on the process.

He replaced the plastic hose that had a hole in it and let me know it could have been caused by normal wear or rodent activity. He also added an extender to the steel hose. In the midst, he also discovered a leaky valve under our sink and just charged for the part to fix that.

The total was $320, which I felt was fair...I called other places and they either couldn't give me a quote until they were able to see and diagnose the issue and many of them couldn't come out for a few days/weeks. I also spoke to another plumber that said he charges $130 per hour just for labor!

I highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs- especially if you are in the West Sacramento area.

Lastly he also noticed our main water valve was leaking and let me know that that would be a pricier project and gave me a rough estimate so that I would know what to expect if I decide to go that route.

When Robert saw, after fifteen minutes of staring at various pipes and fittings, that I had no idea what to do, he asked if he could help. Holding onto a stack of PVC pipe in a cart, he listened patiently, and then discussed possible solutions. He offered to come out to the house on a Sunday to have a look if things didn't work out...but they did. The solution he asked me to try fixed the issue, and saved me money that otherwise would have gone into his pocket. Robert will now be first on my list of plumbers to call, when another plumbing issue happens!
