I've used Robert's Plumbino for the past five years. They almost always have the most affordable plumbing estimates and tend not to gouge even if I need help on the weekends. They are also patient when I pay later than I should. I recommend them highly.

I'm a property manager for an 12-unit apartment building. I needed a new plumber for multiple repairs so I called a few, asked for quotes and decided to go with Robert's (which quoted as little as half the price of their competitors). With Robert's Plumbing, you really get the sense that they are trying to save you money. Whereas some plumbers might aggressively replace parts that have some life left in them, Robert's tends to 'go easy.' They also give a discounted hourly rate for property managers.

Once again, Robert's Plumbing has done a great job for me. This time I had a more serious problem, that of a leak running out from the bottom of a water heater. Robert knew right away what the problem was. Not the heater at all but the connection just above it. In just a hour he had replaced the connections, relit my water heater, cleaned up and I was free to get to work. I was even able to use a 10 % off coupon he gave me last time. Priced fairly too which I really appreciate!

We've been hiring Robert's Plumbing for years and they've been really responsive and extremely helpful in emergencies. And we've used them a LOT. While managing a 15-unit apartment building in SF over seven years, we tried a few different plumbing companies, but we always came back to Robert's because of their excellent service. They have addressed all our various plumbing needs, big and small, and their prices have remained extremely reasonable. We received such great service from Robert's Plumbing over the years of property management, that since retiring from that job we still hire Robert's for jobs at our home. I think that pretty much says it all. By the way, I read the review from the guy who claims they offer 24/7 service, but I don't ever remember Robert's offering 24/7 response in the eight years we've been using them, so maybe there was some ad confusion!

I had a water heater problem, water all over. I found the people at Robert's Plumbing to be very nice, but more importantly, they answered the phone, came right out, and gave me a very fair price. The job was done in just a couple of hours from the time I picked up the phone.
I was happy with Robert's Plumbing and will use their service the next time a problem needs to be taken care of .

My water heater started gushing water all over the garage floor the other day. I looked in the yellow pages and avoided the largest companies. ( I had problems in the past with some of those) I called Robert's Plumbing which did turn out to be owner operated. They came out promptly, brought a water heater with them, gave me a very reasonable bid, and did the work (with my approval) on the spot. I would definately use them again anytime. I was glad I found them!
