Called Robert's Plumbing on Monday about a water leak. He said he would have someone out to look at it Tuesday afternoon. No one showed and no one called. I called Robert after 5 PM on Tuesday and he said he would return the call later as he was in someone's house. Guess what? No return call. Horrible, horrible customer service. Thanks for nothing. Can I give a zero rating?

A friend of mine recommended Robert's Plumbing and i am so grateful and happy that i have found an excellent honest plumber. I have used Robert's Plumbing several times for various jobs and they have always done a great job and charged a very fair price compared to other plumbers i have used in the past. On the last job, Robert pointed out an obvious problem that i had not noticed, and probably saved me from having to buy a new water heater. Robert is honest and unlike some other plumbers, does not try to sell you on items that are not necessary. I highly recommend Robert's Plumbing and this is an honest review.

Robert is a godsend. He's always available to arrange a visit and usually that means within 24 hours. His team is efficient, economical (because they get it right the first time), and fun to work with. We have always relied on Robert's Plumbing and still do, even having moved south to Patagonia. He tends to our Tucson home while we wait for it to sell. All in for Robert.

Very highly recommended! We needed to have two bathroom water faucets taken out and new ones installed. Before starting, Jose took the time to answer some other questions I had about the house's plumbing. Then he and his helper did the job quickly and expertly. After he had written up the bill, I asked him to do one other small semi-related job. After doing it, he refused to charge for it, since he'd already written up the bill. He charged a little more than half of what the plumber recommended by Home Depot was asking for the same job.

I've used a couple of the big name plumbers around town and thought they were usually OK, but slow to arrive and expensive. Robert has done a couple of jobs for us and in both cases they were quick, knew exactly what to do and I thought the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend Robert's Plumbing!

I had just recently purchased a condo and it sat vacant for a period of time waiting for my move in. The first thing I noticed was I had no hot water flowing from my kitchen faucet. All other faucets throughout the condo functioned fine. Hot and cold. I knew Tucson has very hard water and the faucet screens can get clogged easily with mineral deposits. I cleaned the kitchen faucet screen and did some minor problem solving on my own as I am pretty handy myself. But I had no luck. I called a plumber to take a look and after quite a bit of time the plumber could not solve the problem and suggested a little water heater under the kitchen sink. I never felt comfortable with this solution so I contacted Robert's Plumbing. What a life saver. After spending some time checking water pressure and back flushing and other plumbing tricks they were able to get the huge mineral deposit clog to break up and flush from the pipe. Everything works great!!!!

Two employees came to my guest house/office for some repairs in July. Reasonable cost ($75) and pleasant people. However, they didn't properly fix the toilet, so within a week or so, I called to have someone came back out. The owner came out, took a look & said he needed to go to Naughton's for parts and would be back soon. After a few weeks, I called again to remind him. He said he'd come back ""soon"". This has gone on since late July with me calling to remind him to finish the repair & him making an appointment but not showing up. One time, though, he told me he was going on vacation & he told me I'd have to remember to call him when he got back (!) The last time he made an appointment & didn't show up was this week - 4 months after his employees didn't do the job properly. Unfortunately, the interim fix is neither attractive (off color handle on the toilet) nor durable, so the toilet isn't always working. I will now have to hire another plumber to fix what his company didn't do properly in the first place & don't appreciate that.
