I had just recently purchased a condo and it sat vacant for a period of time waiting for my move in. The first thing I noticed was I had no hot water flowing from my kitchen faucet. All other faucets throughout the condo functioned fine. Hot and cold. I knew Tucson has very hard water and the faucet screens can get clogged easily with mineral deposits. I cleaned the kitchen faucet screen and did some minor problem solving on my own as I am pretty handy myself. But I had no luck. I called a plumber to take a look and after quite a bit of time the plumber could not solve the problem and suggested a little water heater under the kitchen sink. I never felt comfortable with this solution so I contacted Robert's Plumbing. What a life saver. After spending some time checking water pressure and back flushing and other plumbing tricks they were able to get the huge mineral deposit clog to break up and flush from the pipe. Everything works great!!!!

Two employees came to my guest house/office for some repairs in July. Reasonable cost ($75) and pleasant people. However, they didn't properly fix the toilet, so within a week or so, I called to have someone came back out. The owner came out, took a look & said he needed to go to Naughton's for parts and would be back soon. After a few weeks, I called again to remind him. He said he'd come back ""soon"". This has gone on since late July with me calling to remind him to finish the repair & him making an appointment but not showing up. One time, though, he told me he was going on vacation & he told me I'd have to remember to call him when he got back (!) The last time he made an appointment & didn't show up was this week - 4 months after his employees didn't do the job properly. Unfortunately, the interim fix is neither attractive (off color handle on the toilet) nor durable, so the toilet isn't always working. I will now have to hire another plumber to fix what his company didn't do properly in the first place & don't appreciate that.

We had an emergency this morning! I called robert, he answered on the first call. He was out to the house in less than 1 hr and fixed us temporarily for the weekend. He is a real life saver

Robert of Roberts Plumbing is amazing! He is prompt and knowledgeable. He has helped us before and I hadn't written a review then (shame on me). We called and he was here within the hour! Couldn't believe it, he said he was just going to be in our area and it was super convenient for him to stop by after his last appointment.. Thankfully, we weren't in an emergency situation and he said he'd be back Wed morning with the appropriate parts to fix 'our situation'.

After returning to Tucson after several weeks away I went to use the hot water and it didn't seem to be heating up. I was sure it wasn't working and turned the circuit breaker off. I called Roberts Plumbing first thing in the morning and they said they would be out in the afternoon. When they arrived they looked at the water heater controls and turned the circuit breaker back on and we waited to see if the water was being heated. They waited very patiently for over 1/2 hour and I couldn't believe that everything was working fine, I felt like an idiot, I must not have waited long enough for the water to heat initially. I was prepared to pay a service call, but instead they wished me Merry Christmas and were on their way. What great customer service!

Really great service, fast and efficient and got the job done, and same day even! Because of Robert we now have a working washer and if we ever need to get any plumbing work done we definitely know who to contact. Def recommend his service!

We've used Robert for a few plumbing jobs over the last five years and love him! My water heater, installed by Robert a few years ago, went out. Of course, the first thing I tried was relighting the pilot, with no success. Called Robert bright and early, explained the issue, and he walked me through relighting the pilot the correct way. It worked! I can't thank him enough for taking the time to walk me through it. I have hot water without an expensive (though I think Robert's prices are very reasonable) bill.
