I can't say enough about how great this company is. This is our second time we have called them; first time was for a dead heater. This time our AC for our home broke down. We called them in the morning and they fit us in between other calls that they had, and came out before 2pm THAT DAY!!! Found out what was wrong, got the part out of there truck and fixed it in 20 minutes! They were a life saver, it has been so hot lately. I can honestly say I have never seen a company fix something that fast, and come out the day you call them!! This kind of excellent service is just not seen this day and age! Oh and when you call you talk to a very nice woman who is alive. I mean she picks up the phone, no hit this number for this or hit that number for that! So anyone out there looking for a great company to call if you have a heating or AC problem. Look no further, Roberts Mechanical & Electrical is the only one you should call, don't waste your money on anyone else, they are 110% honest and give the best bang for your buck!! Super reliable and nice company to deal with!!

Excellent company, professional employees, well mannered and honest. Take it from a young couple in our 90's, they responded to our lack of heat call within an hour, diagnosed the problem immediately and solved it with minimal cost (at least in our opinion). We absolutely recommend them. H&D, Healdsburg, Ca. PS, competitor wanted to sell us a new furnace.....10 stars

I'll keep it short and sweet. Robert Beckman is a shining star at this company. We previously had a DIFFERENT ""local"" company come out and diagnose our furnace as to why it wasn't blowing hot air. Needless to say, the tech was young and this other company should probably not incentivize their techs with commissions for new furnaces sold... That of he needs way more training. This OTHER tech slapped his ohm meter on and said the amps were drawing fine and we probably need a new furnace. He proceeded to quote me for a new 20k+ unit. Needless to say, I was taken aback. We then proceeded to find a hyper local business (Roberts Mechanical) for a second opinion and they did not disappoint. I won't go into the in's and out's but it was a bad capacitor on the blower. Robert made it very clear to me that this other tech should have tested this as it is HVAC 101 and a common/ not costly repair. Had Mr. Beckman, from Roberts Mechanical, not done his due diligence like the young tech from the other company, I would be crying. I rue the day that these honest and seasoned techs are replaced by these younger, dishonest techs who are looking for quick fixes and a fat commission. No honor.

Stan Roberts of Roberts Mechanical and Electrical is as good as they get. His decades of experience are plain to see, and his prices are better than the larger operations which is a big added bonus. I will definitely use him again for any HVAC needs I have or water heaters, electrical repairs, etc. Thank you, Stan!

My heater wasn't working. Called another well known company and they couldn't come for 5 days! The weather has been freezing, and my space heater was not to helpful.
Robert's came out in a few hours. Got it to work temporarily until they got a part. Came back 3 days later and fixed it.
Chris was great. I use them for my annual back flow testing. Cathy is awesome too.
Highly recommend them.

THANK YOU for saving me from the wheelers and dealers out there! A couple of weeks ago I contacted another HVAC company to check my furnace because it didn't seem to be working properly. The technician spent two+ hours surveying the unit only to tell me that basically everything needed to be replaced. After quoting her a ridiculous amount for the repairs, I contacted Roberts Mechanical after a friendly suggestion. THANK GOD!

They were surprised when they saw what the other company had suggested, and showed me that the problem was as simple as a plugged air filter during extremely cold weather. They explained that this had caused the unit to be unable to keep up with the extremely cold outside temperatures. Not only did they show me the plugged filter (that the company prior had not replaced), but they changed the filter and gave me the size so that I could replace the filters myself, if I wanted to without paying any extra fees.

I was definitely more than happy to not have to spend the thousands of dollars in repairs that the other company had suggested. They shall remain nameless, but never again.

Roberts Mechanical & Electrical is now the only place I will be taking my business for these home issues. It just feels good and right to feel like you can trust someone with a service that I know nothing about. Thanks again!
