We had Roberts Heating, Cooling and Plumbing come over to give us an estimate on a new HVAC unit. The didn't sell the brand that we wanted, and had another brand that they sell. Dealbreaker? Nope.. Ben, the salesman that stopped over said ""let me see what I can do"". Roberts found us the unit we asked for, and had it installed within the next week. on installation day, they arrived at the time promised, installed the new unit, took old system out and disposed of it, and left all areas they worked in, as clean (if not cleaner) than it was. Thank you Ben, Alex, Andy and team!

Alex and his crew just left my place after installing a new air conditioner and furnace. They called at 8:00 a.m. and said they were on their way and left at 4:45 p.m. - Job Completed. Both gentlemen were very pleasant and after finishing the job went over in detail the installation and some tips to help keep things running efficiently.

I have had Roberts come and work on my air and heating since they first got started. Alex, Andy, and the crew have always been wonderful to explain what the problem is, what they can offer for a replacement unit, and when to expect the repair to be done. They call to communicate when they will be there, and show up when they say they are going to arrive. The repairmen are courteous and professional, and clean up after themselves, taking all the packaging with them, and sweeping the floor. There are times when I have checked with other companies, but I find that Roberts gives me the best price and I trust them. I highly recommend them!
