I have had a string of bad luck with landscapers since we moved it. Looks like the trend ends here though, as Robert was awesome.

First, he returned my call within a single business day and came out to give me an estimate the very next afternoon. I needed to have a pretty good amount of cleanup and sprinkler work done. He quoted me an amazing price for the work, and also stated they could do full haul away. Even further, he said they could do the work the next day.

His crew showed up first thing in the AM and knocked out everything I asked for in a couple of hours. My backyard looks incredible, and I couldn't have asked for better, more prompt and responsive service. I will come back anytime I need anything in terms of landscaping done for sure. I suggest you call Robert for anything you need.

I was quoted over 700 for a yard clean out and trimming of one tree. I was told my ""non mow and go"" pricing would be 120 a month for weekly service including weeding of the planters beds. So I decided to give them a shot because other mow and go companies left me disappointed. What a mistake.
The clean out left my planter beds with weeds. I was told the weekly services would eventually clean out the rest of the beds. Wrong! It's been months now with excuse after excuse.
The weekly services. They were just like any other mow and go company I've had. Except I was charged 75 for mow and go by other companies not 120! Every time I called to complain I was fed a bunch of bs and brushed aside. To this day I still have weeds in my planter bed. Plus my grass now is riddled with crab grass from the gardeners not cleaning there mowers. I have everyone else's crab grass in my yard now.
The last straw was receiving a bill for $240. When I spoke with Robert I was told I did not pay in May. That's crap! I forwarded a carbon copy of the check I write him. If you don't stay on top of your payment you may be double charged from bad book keeping. I also asked why am I paying the full month when the workers did not come on Memorial Day? His response was some months have 5 weeks. Some days rain. Some days are holidays. It all evens out. No it does not even out! I payed for WEEKLY service at a set price! Not a set price for when your workers feel like it! Very unprofessional! Please look elsewhere and don't pay a high price for the same mow and go service.

Robert is a joke. I was never behind on any payments. I forwarded a carbon copy of the check I sent him ON TIME THAT HE CASHED! Poor book keeping. I watered my lawns nightly during the seeding stages as instructed. I only managed to grow more crab grass from Roberts lawn mower blades that were never cleaned from other jobs. And Robert. Just because your workers eat there lunch on my front lawn for 15-20 minutes, it doesn't mean they spent half an hour at my house doing yard work. I could not believe my eyes when one late morning I saw his two workers on my front lawn with a small Webber propane bbq. Who the heck bbq's on someone's front lawn!?!?My parents dropped Robert as a gardener as well after poor services (mow and go), burning one of the bushes (using a gas powered trimmer way too quickly), and stealing 6 of her baby sago palms from the bottom of the tree. Don't believe a word this con artist tells you.

Well. Now Robert has sent me an email saying he will take me to small claims court for non payment of his horrible services. I did pay you Robert and lawsuits go both ways. Not delivering on goods as promised. Please avoid this guy.

I have been looking for a Landscaping service for 2 months. I called Robert for a proposal to do my condo complex landscaping. After rescheduling and half an hour late we met. We took a tour of my complex explaining along the way what needs to be done. I received a verbal quote from Robert, but explained I needed a written proposal so I can present it to the board. I texted him my email address, 5 days later I'm still waiting. I even texted him a reminder and my email address again, still no response. Very unprofessional.

1st of Robert is great person to do business with. Not only is he extremely smart and analytical but he is also an extremely nice person. His customer service speaks volumes and his resilience to achieving a high standard of quality goes without saying.

I had a crunch deadline on my project as I needed to get my project completed by a certain time frame to qualify for my rebate. Given the holidays and rainy season the timing was not great for Robert and his crew. Like a true gentlemen he accessed the project and committed to getting the job done with a high level of quality.

Robert and his crew worked round the clocked and ensured my project was completed on time as promised and delivered a service and quality of work way above my expectations. If I had a 2nd lawn would I hire Robert again, no doubt.

During the project we ran into a slew of issues and Robert navigated through all of them like a true problem solving engineer at the same time ensuring quality and not cutting any corners.

His attention to detail and meticulous personality on the job ensured nothing was compromised.

Robert even helped out in areas while working on certain things like my drip system and helped setup solutions for future projects, hence saving me time and money. He is that kind of businessman. He ensured things were done correctly and his foresight to challenges and problem solving was very impressive.

At the end of day I got way more then I expected from a design I had on paper that Robert brought to life.

I can't be thankful enough to him and his crew for getting the job done with such a high level of excellence. In addition he was a great person to get to know while getting the job done. Not only did I gain a great business contact but also a new friend.

Don't bother calling or sending an email inquiry through his website. The man doesn't return calls, texts or emails. So unprofessional! If you're too busy to take on new clients say so. You just lost a $4,000 job and any future business or referrals.

Our back yard was pretty thrashed after a major remodeling job. Robert came out and gave us an estimate - no dog and pony show, no double talk, no pressure. He gave us some great ideas and suggestions that made sense. Robert and his crew were extremely professional, clean, efficient and did an amazing job - both lawn and sprinklers. We will definitely use Robert again for our next landscape project!

Wow, Ok, let me start by saying, thanks to this techno life we live in, I now hate making phone calls. I initially began texting people/companies that I found on Yelp asking if they would possibly be able to give me a 'guesstimate' on some work if I texted them some pictures. Robert was the first to respond and his guesstimate was pretty spot on.
We hired Robert and his crew to do a major clean-up on our property which involved trimming large trees, removing trees and grinding stumps and cleaning out a lot of overgrown 'stuff'. Fortunately Robert is very knowledgable, we didn't really know 'where to start' and after explaining our situation/what we 'envisioned' he helped us to prioritize the job. Not only were Robert and his crew fast, efficient and thorough, they were also The Lowest (and the first) Bid!
We never would have been able to get all this work completed if it weren't for Robert and his crew (financially and or time wise)! Thank you Sooo much guys! We'll definitely be hiring you in the future to do additional work! You guys Rock!

Robert and his team did a great job transforming our yard. He replaced our front and back lawn with a California friendly landscape. Our yard turned out amazing. He communicated with us throughout the entire process, listened to our wants and needs for our yard and was reasonably priced. We will definitely be contacting him again for any future projects, as well as maintenance.
