There were no bad surprises as sometimes happens with large projects of this type. With Roberto's everything was completed on time and with great care to details. They just installed three rooms of luxury vinyl plank. The sales staff is knowledgeable and friendly, their installers were on time, courteous and paid attention to detail. They were also great with our little barking dog, who barked and growled for two days! The supervisor checked in during installation and the cleaning crew was prompt the next day. Great work, guys!!

Update! The owner came to visit with us and told us about his efforts to get the additional flooring to complete the job. Then he floored us by telling us the other 50% of the job was on them! They have managed to find the required materials to finish our flooring. We told him while we were grateful for his offer, we felt we should split it and be fair and we could not accept the balance as paid in full. After some discussion between the owner and ourselves, we have figured out the recipient of these additional funds. I have a feeling there is a family that will feel very blessed this Christmas season! Thank you Roberto's for making things MORE than right!

My husband has been in construction for over 40 years, and he said very rarely do find a company that has such a great service and quality of work. We are very happy with the flooring they did for us in our new home! And such a bonus they sent a cleaning company out after to make the house fresh and clean such a help when you're moving into and fixing up a new home.

Omg! These guys are amazing! We had Rafael and his helper as our installers. He was just terrific! Far above and beyond expectations. We bought an 11 year old house in the Villages with god awful old fashioned ceramic tile. They were able to lay a beautiful wood look LVP floor over the top of the existing tile. It turned out beautifully. We didn't have cash when they finished but plan to go to Roberto's store in Colony Plaza and leave them a generous tip. We have 2400 sq. Ft. And it took 4 full days. On day 5 they sent over a house cleaning service to clean the entire house - no extra charge! There's a reason everybody who asks around in The Villages goes to Roberto's!

Roberto's Flooring removed the carpeting and installed laminate in two bedrooms and two closets. They were scheduled to start at 9:00am. Our doorbell rang at exactly 9:00am! Two very polite young men carefully removed all of the furniture from the two bedrooms, removed the carpet, installed the laminate and put all the furniture back in place and cleaned up. I was so impressed by their work ethic. They more than met my expectations. I will certainly choose them again when I have flooring needs.

We had Robertos install tile flooring in our newly built home. They were prompt to come out to measure and give us our estimate. He gave us the wrong price probably because we scheduled the measuring on the last day of their sale. When the error was brought to his attention, it was corrected. Everyone we encountered from Robertos was professional and courteous. We would definitely recommend them.
