Roberto's did an amazing job. We had them install tile throughout our Courtyard Villa and gut our master bathroom. They did beautiful work, and any issue or questions we had they responded to quickly. Their prices were also half of what I was quoted by another local company.

Roberto's Flooring in The Villages, FL is undoubtedly THE BEST company in the area for buying and installing flooring. Their prices are competitive with all others and more importantly they are super professional. They arrive when they are supposed to, they are fast, courteous, expert installers. They give you the dates and time they will arrive and the date they will leave, which is our case, was 3-1/2 days from start to finish, whole house, luxury vinyl plank flooring - 1672 sq. ft. The cherry on top is they they send a cleaning crew the next day to clean your whole house. The cleaners were amazing. So good, in fact, that we hired them to become our house cleaners! The BEST by far!

We had an install issue, but they made it right. That is all you can ask of any business, is when something comes up, make it right an keep the customer informed. They have done that. I am grateful and would recommend them given their response to our problem.

This business was recommended and although I like to stick to the same contractor, I went out in a limb to try them. To earn five stars from my reviews you have to be BETTER than outstanding. Robertos reached for perfection and was successful. My wood planked tile is stunning. The crew removed the old tile and laid each plank without a hitch. They are efficient and are approachable if you have a question. Roberto personally popped over to oversee his crew's performance. If something wasn't right, he immediately rectified the issue. My toilet had a slight leak and because Roberto deals with plumbers, wood workers etc. within an hour, someone was at my home and replaced faulty connection. At the end of the job, a cleaning service was sent over to """"give me the home as clean as it was when I gave it to them."""" Seriously, Robertos is a hidden gem in Oxford, Florida. No pressure, just helpfulness!

Could not be happier with the installation of our vinyl plank flooring form Roberto's. The installer was fantastic, constantly checking to see if we liked his work as he progressed through out the house. Wonderful salesman, Pedro, was patient with our questions and made great recommendations. we were able to take home samples to see how they would fit in our house. Highly recommend Roberto's and will use them again for future needs.

I shopped around for weeks to get my living room, dining room and kitchen tiled. Roberto's did not only have the most competitive pricing in the Villages area, but they were also the least condescending and pressuring when helping me select a product that met my needs, my budget and my high-end esthetic. I found a beautiful tile that looks like old barn wood for the cost of linoleum (installed!). They set up the installation for a month later. It took 4 days for two skilled, pleasant, clean and hardworking workers to finish the work. They washed the floor several times before leaving and moved all furniture back in place. As I noticed a few things I needed addressed after the workmen had left, I called the owner Rafael, who was quick to come and address my issues. I had originally discussed that all trims would be properly placed back and painted after the tiling was completed (included in the original estimate). The tile men had left without adding a trim to the bottom of the baseboard, hence showing a small gap between the tiles and the bottom of the wall, which did not look nice and would have collected dirt. Rafael sent two workers just a few days later and they addressed my concerns in less than three hours and did an impeccable job. They added a bottom strip of wood to the wall baseboard and painted it. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. It is family-owned and friendly, obviously has years of experience in the field and is eager to work with customers to our utmost satisfaction! A++. V. Cheniaux, Lady Lake
