Recommended Customer Reviews

I regretfully gave them a 5 star review on another site. I am a working student and during a very stressful semester I hired them to change my kitchen faucet. My space was a really small fit and I warned them of the challenge but they accepted and came out quickly. The problem is I assumed the job was done correctly and being very busy in school I missed that I now have at least two leaks under the sink. One coming from the cold water connection at the faucet and the second coming from the connection of the garbage disposal, which they had to remove in order to change the faucet because of the small space. I called Robert and informed him of the issue. I was told they did not guarantee their work for that job and since it had been almost 2 months they would charge me to come out. I am disappointed that a company wouldn't come out and check to see if they didn't just tighten it good since they were working in a small space. If they discovered I needed new waterlines then, they would have gotten the job, but instead I am told that their work isn't guaranteed if it is their fault that I should have called them sooner. ""I probably just need all new lines"", without even looking. I mean, I don't constantly go around looking under my sinks just to check leaks. I don't think it's unreasonable that I would just be noticing the leak. I assumed the job was done correctly and I was busy with a stressful semester at school. I highly recommend if you use this company to find out what their warranty covers and for how long and then that you stay vigilant in checking that they did the job right.
PS told the whole truth, unlike what the business owner is now claiming. I said in my review that it has been nearly two months. And that I just noticed the leak. It has clearly been leaking a while but as a working student in a busy semester, I had not noticed until now. Look at how the owner is now acting and see for yourself if you want to work with a business that has zero compassion and takes not responsibility for the job they do.
Edit: the owner did not offer to come out and check the lines. He said ""you probably just need all new water lines"". And that since it had been nearly two months they could not come out to check it, they would be happy to come out and change the lines. Tell me, if my water lines were so bad, why, only two months ago, would they not inform me when they were installing the faucet? Why would my garbage disposal also be leaking? My nearly brand new garbage disposal. Also ask yourself, do you want to do business with someone who can't come back in only two months? Most places give, at the very least, 90 days warranty on their work. Do you want to risk not noticing a leak and then being told in only two months ""sorry we can charge you to come back and fix it""? The fact is if my waterlines were so bad, which he hasn't come to even look and see, why install a new faucet to them? It's my fault I didn't ask about the warranty and it's my fault I didn't get it in writing. I know better now. I hope my review and the owners reply help you to be better informed so that you don't make the same mistake as I.

I had a toilet that was not secured to the ground. They came in quickly and worked for less than an hour and even recommended that I not replace the toilet. They saved me money and worked efficiently. They were very honest.

Our house furnace broke down on a Friday afternoon right before a three-day holiday weekend. Of course, right? Luckily for us, the next three days were mild in terms of temperature so all we did to keep warm was use electric space heaters.
I waited till Tuesday morning to start calling for a plumber. I was dreading it expecting to hear 2-3 days out, if not longer, before any plumber could accommodate us in their busy schedules. Sure enough, two plumbers never answered, one promised me the moon but never delivered (arrived), and I was getting desperate as half the morning was spent wasting time on the phone.
Robert answered right away. He is fully licensed, knowledgeable, and experienced. He was kind, professional, understanding, and committed to helping us right away. He arrived right on schedule as promised. It took him about ten minutes to diagnose the problem and had the part in stock in his truck. What a relief!
Thirty minutes later, our furnace was running again!
His price was very reasonable, all things considered, and he didn't try to up-sell us on anything. A very honest plumber. Try finding one like this anywhere.
