Sheree W.I called Robert to tend to my plumbing issue base on my realtor's referral. When I received the bill I was shocked, his hourly rate is $150 per hour plus the material and one hour is his minimum charge, So I had to pay him $170 to change two toilet flappers which took him no more than 30 minutes. I think I will look for someone else,
