I purchased an old 1800's Victorian. It required extensive work to bring it back to life. Robert Walker put in all brand new plumbing from the sewer up - new sewer and waste lines, gut reno'd kitchen and master bathroom as well as installation of an additional powder room. To top it all off, we did this work over the winter which meant no heat! John, Jim and Tyler never so much as frowned at having to work in the cold. They finished the work in the timeline promised. Everything has worked as expected, which was nice with the scope of work (nice when things get done right on the first go around!). Pricing was fair. Kathy who runs the phones was very helpful (not to mention patient with me!). Highly recommend.

Just purchased a new home where his existing work from 1 year ago was leaking. No one was even living here to disrupt it.
Naturally I called him to repair it. He spent about 1 1/2 hours here, replaced a check valve, a couple of small fittings all on copper water pipe and changed me $460!!.
This was the most expensive disproportional repair for the $ I have ever gotten and I was blatantly ripped off. I have had plenty of plumbing work done this year with my old house that was WAY more involved, time consuming and heavy duty for FAR less money.
I will NEVER use this guy again.

You did the work only a year ago. You created the system that failed in ONE YEAR.
You had an opportunity to call back, never did. I'm still waiting??

You charged me almost $500!! for 1 1/2 hours work changed fittings on copper pipe
You also left a large puddle of water that my wife had to shop vac up!

Highly Recommend Robert Walker Plumbing.

We had to replace our water main valve in the basement.

Kathy at Robert Walker Plumbing called me back promptly and explained what needed to be done. We were told to call the water company to shut off the water from the main line outside our home. She communicated with me several times until the water company was able to locate and shut off the outside water valve. As soon as the valve was closed, I called Kathy and within a short time two plumbers arrived, John and Tyler, quickly assessed what needed to be done and replaced the valve in record time and even offered to stay till the Water company turned the water back on to make sure everything was fine.

I called at 10pm to schedule an immediate replacement for the water main located in my basement. They were able to fit me in at 9am the next morning which couldn't have been better timing. The team showed up on time and ready to replace the water main. After completing the service quickly, he let me know to call him if there were any other leaks found in other spots. Later that day we called him back since we were so impressed with their service, we wanted them to fix another leak we found (not related to the spot they fixed earlier that day). The team came back same day and resolved the other issues.

I really can't stress enough how great this company is. I highly recommend their service to everyone. As a homeowner for 2 years now, they are a breath of fresh air and I will be using their services for many years to come!
