Called and some guy named Kevin (?) called me back from cell phone number:774-270-0634. He acted like I was crazy when I described the problem to him. He was disrespectful and rude to me. I have used Robert Wagner in the past but no more! The man told me he had never heard of my problem before, (garage floor drain clogged) but their website clearly states that they handle floor drains! Would not reccommend this company due to rude customer service rep who clearly does not know what services his company offers.

worst ever...same story as told by others..... hugh estimate to repsce the whole deal with second opinion able to fix it at 80% lower ..... this place looks to give the highest estimate possible that they think you will accept whether you need the work or not.... do yourself a fovor and stay away

I have used this company for years, and always paid my bills promptly My hot water heater died, and when I called him to see about either repairing or replacing it, he quoted me $6000! I told him I didn't have the cash on hand, but I could get it to him in a couple of days with a post-dated check. He said ""nothing doing,"" so I decided to get a second opinion. I found a plumber here who replaced my heater for - are you ready - $1,350. He did a great job, came promptly and, even though he's doesn't know me from Adam,. left me a BILL! Compare that to the guy I've given tons of business to over the years who a) tried to gouge me and b) wouldn't take a check post-dated two days despite years of my paying bills on time. Never again. The name of the good by, by the way, is Vaughan Plumbing, on whom I iwll be posting a stellar review.
