If you have any water heater work, please Check pricing before you go with them. We paid about $800 more than we needed. I had done business for many years, and they were high , but service was good. But this time they really ripped me off. I will never do business with them again.

I have been having an issue with my shower not drying completely. Robert W Spiers plumbing did the work with my general contractor 6 years ago. I contacted my general and as we are trying to get to the bottom of the issue, the original contractors were called to check the work.
Richard came out and inspected the problem.

He was condescending to me and to all who had been involved. My contractor called them to check the work.

As he left I had decided I didn't want anything to do with this company again. I talked to my contractor again and let him know how I had been treated.

Well to add insult to the injury, I received a bill today for his professional services. I thought this would have been a professional courtesy, apparently not!

Needless to say, I will not use their help again, Ever!

Been using Robert W Speirs for years and been very loyal to only them. No matter what the job or what the price I would pay for quality work and Great Plumbers. had a tankless water heater installed yesterday once again great job. plumber called in so I could pay the $2,900.00 I owed but the phone had been put on night service at 4:15 pm when the close at 4:30 pm so we couldn't pay the bill.I told Ken the plumber I would drop by their office in the morning and pay the bill I did but the lady who was taking the payment had such Great Customer Service and an attitude that would make you really not want to spend another dime with this company or business and she Won I Won't . Who ever reads this review from the Company go back and look at my account and see the amount of money I've spent with you over the last 25 years. I'm sure you can't afford to run off more and more of the people who have referred your company for years But maybe you don't need the business because of all the money you have made off of us to repave the drive way at their office. I happen to talk to two other of their customers tonight they tell me they we're treated the same way as I was by the same employee maybe this is a pattern with her. If I had to guess she is probably a family member. Or they would address this issue with her.

Robert W Speirs is definitely the place to go for your plumbing needs. They have all the resources to get you what you need in a timely manner, and above all else, they're honest. They aren't one of those one-size-fits-all service companies that will try to sell you everything under the moon while they're there. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

If the service is anything like the ""professional"" driving the van with the name of the company plastered all over it, then I would go elsewhere! This ""professional"" tailgated me at 75 mph, then when I changed lanes to the right so he could pass, he changed lanes with me and continued to tailgate me. Finally, when that got old, he passed me on the left and threw up his hands at me in a fit of rage completely taking his eyes off the road. I must thank this aggressive driver though, because after he became about three car lengths ahead of me, he matched my speed (which was recently way too slow for his taste) so I could write down his companies information. Thanks Robert W Speirs Plumbing! Now we know to get out of the way when you're barreling down the interstate!

Contacted the company about getting an estimate on bathroom remodel, and was referred to the estimators voice mail because he was out of pocket. Left my phone number and waited....and waited for a call - nothing. Their web site has gmail addresses for the various 'officers' of the company - sent one directly to the President, Mr Speirs - nothing - no acknowledgement, no follow-up - nothing. Evidently this company has soooo much business, they just don't need anymore customers...pretty sad! Caveat Emptor - if they behave like this upfront, you probably don't want to rely on them to do your plumbing business.
