Called to schedule an estimate for some basement bathroom plumbing work, but before I even finished explaining what we wanted done, he cut me off and said if they couldn't do the whole bathroom installation then they weren't interested. It's great that they can turn down work, I guess, but I got the sense that I was wasting his time by even asking. Not great customer service.

If you're not in for a complete bathroom remodel, then they likely won't be interested.

Rob Baxter recently completed a major job at my home. He was honest, polite, and treated my home with respect. He notified me who and when work would be done, made sure all work was completed in a neat and timely fashion. The job site was always spotless at the end of the day. I would recommend his services to anyone in need of a great plumber.

I called for an estimate, he was grumpy, he came out , called back with estimate complained when i asked him to send it to my email ask was driving car when he called. Pricey rude andI think not
