Ben M.Not only does Bob treat you like an idiot, interrupt you, and cut you off during questions, they charge A LOT. I had one radiator hooked up in my house and I was charged 8 hours of labor over two days for both Bob and his employee. Bob did nothing more than shoot the bull with family members in the house while his employee worked. After having another boiler/radiator specialist look at the job, it was ""sub par"" and ""not up to industry standards"". They also failed to put a bleeder on the radiator and I will have to pay someone else to fix their laziness. If you want to be treated like a child while being overcharged... Call these guys, they are the best.....
